Overall, we loved this property. Really clean and lots of room. There was slightly more noise from traffic than I anticipated - but it's two streets away and we slept with the windows open. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a nice property as a basecamp for hiking Kolob Canyon and was reasonably close to SUU.

This was a very nice, well located house in Cedar City. Clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for our 7 person (4 adults, one teenager and 2 kids) group. The littles loved the slide and yard. The teen loved having a room to themselves (the one with the crib) in the basement. Plenty of room for us all to spread out. We had come to attend the Shakespearean Festival at the college, which was just a 5 minute drive away. We also added Kolob Canyon (part of Zion NP), a 20 minute drive, and Cedar Breaks National Monument, a 35 minute drive away, to our visit. We would be more than happy to stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Very happy with the house. Easy check in and good communication with host. The only complaint is if you're older or have balance issues, the showers on the main level would be safer with handrails. However if that's not an issue for you, it's a great place to stay in Cedar City.
