Keystone Ski Resort and Arapahoe Basin Ski Area are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Main Street. As avid outdoor enthusiasts, we constantly seek our next adventure. Whether we are skiing, hiking, biking, walking or playing any sport, Summit County is where you will find us when we are not working.
Why they chose this property
Our Townhome is fairly new (Built in 2005) and sits on top of a shopping facility in an extremely peaceful and private location, across the street from Dillon Town Park. The access is overly secure and the underground, heated parking and storage keeps the sports equipment out of the home and near the car. The ability for us to lock the unit and walk outside without worrying about security is paramount for us as is walking to the lake, bike path and restaurants.

Grocery Store only 1 mile, 4 Restaurants (more to come) within a 2 Block Walk, Bowling Alley and Bar in Shopping Complex.
Winter: 7 World Class Downhill Ski Resorts (7-35 minutes away), 2 Major Alpine Resorts, X-Country and Snow-showing everywhere including the Lake (when frozen, at your own risk).
Summer: Friday, Saturday and Monday Night Concerts at Amphitheater (2 Blocks walk), Friday Farmers Markets (Surrounds our complex), Summit County Bike Path (2 Blocks), Hiking anywhere with all levels of difficulty from simple walks to Hiking 14er's (4 within 30 minute drive).
Free Summit Stage Bus: Stops regularly directly behind our building...will take you to Silverthorne, Keystone, Frisco and Breckenridge.
