The neighborhood has 24-hour coffee bars parks with Caffe, shopping centers, supermarkets, municipal transport within the area, night bars, cinema, metro station to the airport and to the city center and Piraeus port, municipal free charge medical support and two hospitals. It is quite flat, sunny, independent from the rest of the building has its own door from the street side, with a feeling one is leaving in a country home. You can use a car or motorcycle, cleaning, cooking, etc, with an extra charge.
