"Kokomo" is what we have named our unit. It is a 2 bedroom 2 baths with queen sleeper sofa in living room . We sleep 5 guests only. Central AC in unit, clean unit, living/dinning is open concept. Master bedroom with a king bed, with private bathroom and access to balcony. W/D in unit, full kitchen, beach towels, Reg. towels. 3 TV's, Wi-Fi. Gated community, cameras all over public areas. General parking available. Kokomo is on 3rd floor with elevator access also stairs. Pool access 24/7 with key, outside shower, 1 Tennis court (pickle ball), hot tub, smoking nook by the pool area, BBQ Grills and bench are behind the tennis court.
1. 2 sets of keys are left in the unit they contain unit key and 1 key that will open elevator lobby door, walkup gates, stairwell and pool gate. 2 Security gate Card for use of other guest.
2. 2nd bedroom has standard twin beds, king option upon request.
3. We have a $500.00 security deposit, for damage not cover by Ins. Key replacement $25.00ea & Security pass card $100.00ea. not returned, it will be deducted. Once we verify the 2 sets of keys & 2 pass cards are left in the unit upon your departure. Once that's verified we will expedite your refund.
4. Due to the corrosion from the ocean water. La Brisa Association maintenance team is always on task keeping the buildings in perfect standards. If there is work being done its due to the diligence of the staff. Keeping La Brisa buildings up to date and in good condition is essential to our standards. Also hurricane season is from June thru November the State of Florida is always maintaining the roadways and parkways etc.
5. At this time there are no Covid restrictions. But do your due diligence always.
6. Our cleaning service will disinfect everything that can be touched. You are charged for a regular cleaning. If excessive mess is found you will be charged accordingly.
7. If you feel the cleaning service missed something, contact me ASAP so I can send the service the following day.
