About this property

"Kokomo" is what we have named our unit. It is a 2 bedroom 2 baths with queen sleeper sofa in living room . We sleep 5 guests only. Central AC in unit, clean unit, living/dinning is open concept. Master bedroom with a king bed, with private bathroom and access to balcony. W/D in unit, full kitchen, beach towels, Reg. towels. 3 TV's, Wi-Fi. Gated community, cameras all over public areas. General parking available. Kokomo is on 3rd floor with elevator access also stairs. Pool access 24/7 with key, outside shower, 1 Tennis court (pickle ball), hot tub, smoking nook by the pool area, BBQ Grills and bench are behind the tennis court.

1. 2 sets of keys are left in the unit they contain unit key and 1 key that will open elevator lobby door, walkup gates, stairwell and pool gate. 2 Security gate Card for use of other guest.

2. 2nd bedroom has standard twin beds, king option upon request.

3. We have a $500.00 security deposit, for damage not cover by Ins. Key replacement $25.00ea & Security pass card $100.00ea. not returned, it will be deducted. Once we verify the 2 sets of keys & 2 pass cards are left in the unit upon your departure. Once that's verified we will expedite your refund.

4. Due to the corrosion from the ocean water. La Brisa Association maintenance team is always on task keeping the buildings in perfect standards. If there is work being done its due to the diligence of the staff. Keeping La Brisa buildings up to date and in good condition is essential to our standards. Also hurricane season is from June thru November the State of Florida is always maintaining the roadways and parkways etc.

5. At this time there are no Covid restrictions. But do your due diligence always.

6. Our cleaning service will disinfect everything that can be touched. You are charged for a regular cleaning. If excessive mess is found you will be charged accordingly.

7. If you feel the cleaning service missed something, contact me ASAP so I can send the service the following day.

Great Key West Escape

This property was perfect for us. The beach and running path were wonderful. It offers great beach views from the patio. The pool area and grounds were also very nice! We would definitely recommend this unit.

Girls Weekend at LaBrisa!

We had a wonderful trip! The condo has the beautiful view of Smathers Beach right across the street and was perfect for our group of four girls who got together to celebrate a couple of milestone birthdays. Marie was great to work with. I would totally recommend this property!!!

Our family had an amazing time! The condo was in a perfect location & had everything we could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. Marie thought of everything & was a wonderful host! We appreciated the thoughtfulness from her along with the beach towels & chairs so we could spend time at the beach if the pool area was busy. The condo was clean, quiet & all the beds were very comfortable. We've only been home for one day & cannot wait to go back! We will definitely book this condo again!!!

We purchased the condo in 1998, as we had planned to retire in Key West. But life took a turn and not a possibility at this time. We do try to make it to Key West a few times a year. Every time we go to the Keys we find new spots to see and enjoy. You can fly into Key West airport or Fort Lauderdale is another option, travel is about 3 1/2 hours into Key West. There are little places to stop at on your way into Key West. Due to rules we do not accept Spring breakers, college groups, No pets, no boats, trailers, RV's, no student groups College/University Spring Breakers, (Assoc & Condo rules). You must be 26 years or older to rent, we cater to family's. La Brisa Condominiums has 4 buildings, most of our neighbors are owners, we try to rent with that in mind. Key West is such a relaxing place, the people, the town is so welcoming.
The view from the balcony is awesome! Depending on the time of the year you can see a beautiful sunset.
One thing that attracted us to La Brisa Condominiums was the fact that they are always working around the buildings to keep them in good condition. Because of the weather there is always things that need to be addressed. Other condominium complexes are not like that at all.

What makes this property unique

I HAVE A SPECIALS FOR JUNE AND AUGUST (10% OFF 7 NIGHT STAY). If you have stress in your life, Key West will help with that. We have made it as comfortable as possible. So you just relax and enjoy your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, washer/dryer in unit, we have Wi-Fi in unit DVD in living area. Balcony has a table and chairs and ceiling fan, great to read a book have coffee or cocktails. We put some rope lights on a timer for a more relaxing feature. There are several charging stations in the unit. Also extension cords to plug your electronics. Arrival is after 4 pm. Departure is by 10 sharp. We have guests coming in and need the time to get things ready the way it was ready for your stay. There will be a $75 dollar charge for every 30 minute your still in the unit. Be kind and respectful.
