The 1892 Victorian home is located between Proctor/UPS, West Slope, and Hilltop, and has the highest concentration of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and shopping in the city. The home is walking distance to most destinations or an easy bus ride on the #1 route. UW Tacoma, Tacoma Dome, JBLM and all hospitals are also in close proximity, Mt Rainier < 2 hours away.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Victorian home was built in 1892 and exudes charm with 10' ceilings, original molding and refinished hardwood floors. The one story home features a family room, dining room and large kitchen. The bathrooms and kitchen have been fully renovated, with many other upgrades throughout the house.
Guests may enjoy relaxing on the front porch on summer evenings or for more privacy, enjoy the fully fenced back yard. The home offers YouTube TV and high speed wireless internet. There is off street parking for 2-3 vehicles, and street parking is available. The home sleeps 6, with 4 in privacy, and washer/dryer are provided.
