Enjoy breathtaking views with boating, skiing, tubing, canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing and more. Large open floor plan with wall of windows and huge deck overlooking the lake for beautiful sunset views. Long dock with diving board at the end. Private white sandy beach and private boat ramp on property. Perfect for gatherings and entertainment. Near Wild Adventures Theme Park as well.

Hi, we are Ryan and Katie. We purchased this home in 2016 to provide our large family with a great place to spend the summers and make memories. We have since completely renovated the entire home. It's truly brand new inside and out, down to the landscaping. Our family has enjoyed it tremendously and will continue to do so for sure. We invite you to come experience a little bit of lake life in our perfect little cottage in our perfect little town.

Why they chose this property

Our lake house is very unique. It sits on a strip of land between 2 lakes. There is a small lake in the front and the big lake is in the back. We are on the east end of the big lake, named Long Pond because it is a long lake, which provides priceless sunset views. There is also a newly paved private boat ramp on property for you to launch your ski/fishing boat.
