Welcome to the best view of Lake Galena! This two-level condo features 3 bedrooms, 2 family rooms, fireplace, kitchen, dining area for 8 and multiple outdoor spaces. When you enter Lake Front Getaway (no stairs or steps at entry from parking) you are greeted with Lake Galena views from the family room windows. The main level has an open floor plan and many upgrades. The modern kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and is also fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals and enjoy entertaining your friends and family. The kitchen is open to the dining room and family room where everyone can sit, play games, and relax. The main level bedroom has a King-size bed with an attached full bathroom featuring a 2 person Jacuzzi tub. Enjoy a large 55-inch TV in the living room and a flat-screen TV in the master bedroom, both with Mediacom Cable. Walk downstairs and find additional seating and hang-out space. There are two bedrooms in the lower level that share the hallway bathroom. The first is down the hallway and features a queen-sized bed and comfy bedding with a remarkable view of Lake Galena. from the walk out patio. The second bedroom downstairs is a great space with two Queen beds, dresser and comfy chair. There is also a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room to utilize during your stay. The views are amazing here at Lake Front Getaway and the outdoor spaces to explore are abundant. There is a great patio on the lower level and a screened-in area for you to enjoy. Upstairs is a deck and another screened-in room for you to spread out. Lastly, a gas grill is available to use out front in the designated grill section. We provide the propane!

You'll enjoy the use of all Territory amenities and Long Bay Point HOA's private outdoor pool. As our guest, you’ll have access to the Galena Territory Owners’ Club, featuring indoor and seasonal outdoor pools, waterslides, a kiddie pool, fitness and game rooms, basketball and tennis courts, playground, WiFi, and more. You can also enjoy Lake Galena, the Shenandoah Riding Center, and miles of hiking trails throughout the Territory. Good to know: The home may not have enough amenity cards for your entire group. Additional passes are available for $5 per day. Amenities may have additional fees, seasonal hours, or occasional closures, and availability is not guaranteed.

Important Booking Information: A 30% payment is due at booking, with the remaining balance automatically charged 14 days before arrival. At that time, the reservation becomes non-refundable and dates cannot be changed. A rental agreement will be emailed after booking and must be signed within 48 hours. The primary guest must be 25 or older and present for the entire stay. Because our cancellation policy is firm, we strongly recommend travel insurance, available through CSA at booking or up to 15 days before arrival. All payment amounts and due dates will be clearly outlined in your rental agreement.

You’ll receive a link to your Guest Guide at booking with everything you need for your stay. Your entry code will appear under the Welcome tab 3 days before arrival. Early check-in is not guaranteed and can only be considered the night before or morning of arrival. Your Guest Guide will provide details on how to request it.
