1 week minimum from 6/15 to 9/15 we have a three day minimum fall and spring Booking starts Monday 2pm to Monday 10am Walk To Private Beach
Nestled in the exclusive and highly desirable Culloden Shores, a beautiful bayside community crowned with its own private beach perfect for swimming in the calmer waters of the bay, sits this well appointed two story 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home. The bright and airy double height entrance hall immediately sets the tone for the rest of this large family retreat. The Main level of the house features a generous master suite with a large walk-in closet, master bath and private shaded deck. 4 bedrooms an additional full bathroom complete the main level. The sun filled Upper level features a huge open room with cathedral ceilings complete with living room, dining room and full kitchen, two sets of sliding glass doors off of the living and dining areas open onto the wrap around deck, perfect for entertaining in any season. Another full bathroom is located at the top of the stairs. Additional features includes: roof decks, outdoor shower, oil heat and, circular driveway.
