Completely refurbished beach house 100 feet above sea level with ocean view from living room and bedrooms.

Private Beach Access (Hither Hills residents only): 3 minute walk from house but free parking pass is also provided with a key for private parking next to beach

-1 King, 2 Queens and 2 Single beds. Bedroom walls and doors are soundproofed for privacy

-Pristine bathrooms with heated floors

-Large eat-in kitchen with premium appliances (induction stove top) and all essential cookware

-Large leather couch and 65 in. Samsung Smart 3D TV and Bluetooth Sound Bar Speaker in Living Room (Renters can access their Netflix, Hulu, & Amazon Prime accounts on TV)

-Expansive new wrap around composite deck with remote control deck awning and LED lighting. Views of the ocean from all vantage points on deck (fishing boats can be seen day and night)

Wonderful Stay

The home is just as it appears in the pictures, and the views are even better. Location is amazing, and the incredibly comfy beds deserve a special shout-out. Truly couldn't have been happier with our stay!!!

Absolutely beautiful and immaculate property. House is very spacious and welcoming. Expansive and comfortable deck overlooks large yard at the end of a peaceful, quiet street. Every imaginable amenity provided. Easy and enjoyable walk to beach or to town. Could not ask for a nicer property or more thoughtful and attentive host! Our stay was a 10/10 in every possible way.

Great house and location

This was our 3rd time staying at Ralph's Montauk Viewpoint house. Again my family and I had a great stay there and a relaxing time. When we go there it feels like our second home. I am sure we will be back soon!!!!

Easter in Montauk

I believe this is our 6th stay at Ralph's Viewpoint. Again my family and I had a great time. We have become so used to the house it seems like a second home now. We all had such a relaxing time, It was so nice to spend a long holiday weekend in Montauk. We will definitely be back again!!

We had an incredible time at this home! Amazingly huge porch with ocean views, updated decor inside the home, and a large kitchen area that had appropriate seating for a big crowd. House was a 5 minute walk to the beach and the house also had a parking pass for the private beach if you preferred driving. Owner was very easy to work with and easy to contact about anything. Would definitely stay here again!

Montauk Vacation

What a beautiful property- view of the ocean, walk to the private beach- such a great location. The owner was a pleasure to meet and very attentive. A beautiful house in a great location !!!

My family and I had a great vacation staying at Ralph's Viewpont house, It was very nice and easy communicating with him. Ralph even gave us a good suggestion as to where to order our Thanksgiving dinner since we were arriving the night before. It turned out great and we had a very relaxing time while we were there. It was explained to me that the house was recently renovated. The renovations were done so well, you can see that so much thought and time went into the design and craftmanship that was done throughout the house. We had such a great time that we will be back in April.

Communicate with Owner in Advance

Enjoyed the house a lot - perfect location for the wedding events we were attending and a nice view. But we got off to a bad start when we had no code to get in despite texts, calls and VRBO messages to the owner. VRBO finally reached him over an hour and a half after we arrived at the house.

Thanksgiving dream

It was always my dream to celebrate Thanksgiving in Montauk and this house was perfect! The kitchen was a dream to prepare and cook food in while my family watched tv and played games. The beds were super comfortable and location was great. Everyone wants to come back next year!

Spacious house with incredible views and beach access

We had an incredible stay at this property. The house has great views of the ocean from the wrap around deck where we enjoyed several family dinners. The private beach access/ parking and provided beach chairs were very valuable to have. We hope to come back again soon!

Great place for visiting Montauk & The Hamptons

We had a great stay. The house is very spacious and was great for our group. We enjoyed the large kitchen, living room and deck. Easy walk to the beach. Nice walk to Gurney's Resort for happy hour or dinner. Short drive or nice walk into Montauk. Ralph was very helpful. Hope to stay here again.

A Gem Near The Old Highway

This is a beautiful home with everything a small group could need for a memorable stay. Close proximity to both the beach and the village, with an ideal location just off of Old Montauk Highway and stunning views of the ocean. The kitchen and living area are spacious and perfect for gathering with loved ones. Ralph was an exceptionally gracious host, making sure that our stay was comfortable and relaxing.
