L'appartement est très bien placé. Il possède un balcon avec vue sur mer. On rejoint à pied la très belle plage de Port la Nouvelle, les commerces, les restaurants et boutiques. L'hôte est très sympathique et très réactive. Seul petit bémol, l'immeuble un peu vieillot.

Merci pour votre commentaire. Le nouveau syndic s'occupe de remettre en état la résidence. La réfection de la façade est en train d'être votée à l'AG. Les travaux devraient être faits cet hiver. La toiture a été refaite il y a 3 ans.

Toller erholsamer Urlaub

Perfekte Lage zum Stand, viele Wandermöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung beinhaltet alles was man benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin hat ganz prima geklappt.

Strandurlaub mit toller Wohnung

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Die Vermieterin Sylvie ist super freundlich, die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und schnell. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet. Vor allem die Küche mit allen Utensilien die man sich wünscht. Ein Induktionsherd, Geschirrspüler, es gibt sogar eine Salatschleuder. Wenn man die Wohnung verlässt ist man direkt am Strand. In den Sommermonaten Juli und August gibt es an der Strandpromenade viele Aktivitäten z.B. Hüpfburgen und trampoline für Kinder Der Markt ist auch nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Es gibt ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten um die Wohnung herum. Der Strand an sich ist fast endlos lang und es geht sehr lange flach ins Meer hinein was perfekt ist für Kinder. Wenn man ein bisschen weniger trubel möchte muss man einfach ein paar Minuten zu Fuß am Meer entlang gehen. Wenn man intresse an historischen Städten und ähnlichem hat sollte man allerdings mit dem Auto anreisen. Wir hatten einen tollen urlaub und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Appartement 1er étage

Appartement face à la mer et conforme à l'annonce. Appartement propre, fonctionnel et Sylvie est très sympathique, serviable, de bons conseils. Le seul bémol a été le temps, trop de vent pour profiter à fond de la plage, dommage même si on a quand même passé un bon séjour. Quelques bons restos, les assiettes sont bien garnies! Merci pour tout Sylvie et peut-être à bientôt !

Appartement très bien situé, fonctionnel, bien équipé, à deux pas de la mer. Très bon accueil des propriétaires qui nous ont très bien conseillé pour les activités durant notre séjour. Merci ! Ville bien entretenue et bien située pour faire du tourisme.

Appartement simple et confortable, bien aménagé, parfait pour deux personnes. La mer est à 20 mètres. Pour l’essentiel, on peut tout faire à pieds. Idéal pour se reposer.

Front de mer Port la Nouvelle

L'hôte est très accueillante, pendant le trajet nous avons eu un soucis, on l'a informé, elle a été compréhensive, appartement sympa avec vue sur la mer très jolie nous nous sommes senti comme à la maison. Encore merci à notre hôte.
