House completely redone in a quiet and appreciated, ideally located near the sea (5 minutes by car) 7 minutes walk from the village center and next to the port.
Closed parking with manual barrier.
It is fully equipped: deckchair, deck chair etc ...
Cot and high chair.
Week end rental off season.
Decreasing price according to the duration.
Garden completely closed.
Accepted small animal (anti-mite treatment).
Owner lives in Narbonne and adapts to circumstances.
