Only 2 minutes walk from the beautiful Wells beach, this is THE beach house for large families and groups ! This welcoming spacious home of 6 bedrooms (sleep 17) and 2 full bathroom is perfect for gatherings. ***Exciting upgrade! Brand-new hot tub to make your stay even more relaxing.

Fully equipped kitchen with a large granite island that will please the food lovers. Enjoy the warmth and ambiance gas fireplace in cooler months in the lovely living room. Plenty of yard for the kids, brand new ping pong table and large parking space.
Visit the rooftop terrace for an unique breathtaking view of the ocean and salt marshes, ideal at the end of the day for the gorgeous sunset views.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, especially because it was so great for kids and dogs. The fully fenced yard and gated driveway were a huge plus, and the house is spacious and well-suited for multiple families or a large group.The rooftop deck was one of our favorite spots, although the steps were a little dangerous at night since there was no lighting. The basement also had a damp smell, so we didn’t spend much time down there. The house could definitely use some renovation, updates, and general maintenance.The location was great, and the walk to the beach was quick and easy! Hot tub is such a nice touch! Also well stocked up with beach supplies, toys and beach wagon! Cleanliness was the biggest area that could use improvement. The floors and countertops were dirty when we arrived, and the bedding was not very comfortable. The pillows were particularly disappointing, so we would suggest bringing your own bedding and pillows if possible.Overall, we would definitely book this house again. It has a lot of great features and is a wonderful setup for families and larger groups. We just hope that some updates, repairs, and maintenance are taken care of before our next visit!

Fantastic beach house

The house is very comfortable and well stocked with all of the necessities.We enjoyed the location, being able to walk to the beach. The grocery store and restaurants are nearby.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!!!!!!!!

This is indeed a FANTASTIC house. Fireplace, TV, big kitchen, lots of space. Highly recommend roof deck at Sunrise to the east and Sunset to the west! Property manager was awesome to talk to and responded quickly to all questions.

Long weekend family gathering

We had a wonderful time with extended family with plenty of room for everyone. Perfect location to take long walks at the beach. The house is beautiful with so many amenities that make the trip perfect!! We will definitely rebook again!

Girls trip :)

From checking in on Thursday to checking out on Sunday, this house and host were super easy to work with. We don’t have a single complaint and wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. Just being steps from the beach was perfect and exactly what we were hoping for.
