Our family group of ten had a great stay. The location was perfect for trips to the beach with kids. There is a public way right across the street. The beach shops and arcade are walkable from the property, and our teenagers enjoyed taking a walk to get ice cream or smoothies on their own. The host was very responsive with any questions that came up.

great location, very clean, good layout, bright with wonderful views. would have enjoyed the deck if weather had cooperated! twin room was a little chilly but still comfortable. Mike was very responsive to questions we had. Would stay here again.

What a great vacation getaway. The property was spotless and the perfect size for our family reunion. The location was ideal. Minutes from the beach (steps from public access). The front ocean facing deck was perfect for watching fireworks from all directions. The living room is huge, bathed in light and a great place to reconnect with family. Parking for five cars a real plus. If the cars are small, you can fit in a sixth! Our host was super attentive and responsive. The provided deluxe beach chairs were a huge bonus as were the three kayaks. A local neighbor told us where to drop the kayaks into the marsh near the house (at high-ish tide) so we didn't even need to go down to the marina. This is our 7th or 8th time vacationing in Wells Beach, and this is easily our favorite rental. We will absolutely try and stay here again in the future. Can't recommend this place enough.

My friends and I had an amazing girls weekend at this house. The location was great and the proximity to the beach was a bonus. The house had enough room for all of us to spread out and we enjoyed hanging out together in the living room area. We hope to return next year!

Beautiful view and convenient location for a big family Thanksgiving trip. There was plenty of room for dinner and hanging out. Everything was cozy and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

Property was spacious, well equipped, and clean. Lovely view of the water, and a lovely town. A short walk to downtown area (coffee and sandwich shops, etc) and even shorter to the beach. We truly enjoyed.

Great weekend to start the season off
