This is a considered a rural property so the cottage is on a rainwater tank and uses a septic system. Please only flush toilet tissue provided in the toilet and be mindful that all taps are off, when not in use.
The property is mostly fenced but there are areas where it is foliage for privacy instead of fencing, small children need to be supervised.
