We close major attractions, such as cradle mountain, Mole creek wildlife, Mole creek caves etc. We 13km from our local town of Sheffield. Devonport bluff beach is 30 minutes drive. Cheese factory 25 minutes drive. Children play ground at Sheffield 13km drive.

We love peace and quiet environment with clean air and surrounding of nature. We only bush setting this close to our town Sheffield. We central all all major town, such as Devonport, Launceston, Hobart

Uniqueness of this property is nature that surrounds us. We minnow river as boundary. Each day can be very different. We might see different wildlife and how the trees change in colours, and different time's it flower's.
