The main floor features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook meals for eight, while the deck offers stunning views of Granite Mountain and a gas BBQ for outdoor dining. The living room is cozy with a gas fireplace and a pull-out sofa for additional sleeping space. A convenient pocket bathroom completes the main floor.
Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts a brand-new king bed, fresh linens, and a futon, along with a full ensuite bathroom with shower.
This townhome combines comfort, convenience, and mountain views—making it an ideal base for your Red Mountain adventures.

MINIMUM STAY POLICY
4 night minimum stay Christmas holidays, 3 night minimum winter high season, 2 night minimum otherwise. If you see a 2 day window of opportunity between bookings on property calendar, please contact us!
As part of the booking process, we will require that you agree to and sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions.
Approximately 3 to 7 days prior to your arrival we will email you, via DocuSign, our Terms and Conditions to be signed electronically. You are also required to provide your credit card details for the purpose of pre-authorizing a hold of $1000. CAD as a Damage Deposit. The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection.
Provided that you have completed and signed the Terms and Conditions, you will receive an email approximately 3 days prior to your arrival with self check-In instructions to the property.
FOR LONGER TERM BOOKINGS OF 27 NIGHTS OR MORE
This requires an Occupancy Agreement to be signed along with a non-refundable deposit equal to one month's rent and a Property Condition Guarantee (40% of monthly rental rate) required to be paid.
Cleaning fees charged for longer term stays go towards the departure clean at the end of your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the state of the property upon check out.
Please note that toiletries and laundry detergent are not supplied for long term bookings. Starter supplies including toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and garbage bags are provided.

Property was exactly as described. Close to the hill and easy to ski in/ski out. Fit our large adult family perfectly. Enjoyed our stay at Red Mountain.
This is a great property for a larger family or group. Great access to the lift and the hot tub is a great bonus! There is also an attached garage on the property which isn’t super clear in the listing!
Well equipped, nice convenient location on Red mountain. Lots of room and beds. Fun weekend away with the girls running and mtn biking. Lots of Trails right at your doorstep!
A great, spacious location, well equipped, close to the mountain. BBQ was out of gas and one of our party picked up some skin irritation from the Hot Tub. Garage door requires maintenance, it was very noisy.
This house was perfect. Wonderful design, magnificently equipped. Short walk to the hill, skiing was wonderful. I am planning to come back next year if possible. Red Mountain is a bit of an undiscovered jewel!!

Only, comment...the basement bedroom (s) can be a bit chilly in the winter, but the comforters were toasty warm.
