Bass Harbor Head Lighthouse and Garland Farm are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Atlantic Brewing Company and Northeast Harbor Golf Club. College of the Atlantic Natural History Museum and George B. Dorr Museum of Natural History are also worth visiting.
