Book your vacation now at our home in beautiful Rehoboth Crossing — within walking distance to many top notch restaurants, outlet shopping, and the Breakwater-Junction hiking/biking trail. The shaded trail leads you into the heart of the town Rehoboth, or towards Lewes. We are less than 2 miles from the boardwalk and beach.
This home is fully stocked with everything you would need on vacation- comfortable beds, flat screen TV’s, wi-if, cable and Netflix and So Much More! This 3 floor townhome has 3 bedrooms, each with its own private bath. Enjoy evenings on the screened in porch, Please note: Please supply your own sheets and towels. We will only rent to adults 25 years and older who must stay at the home during the rental period (no rentals may be made on behalf of anyone under 25 years of age.)

We've stayed in Rehoboth 1-2 times per year for probably the past 20 or 25 years- usually in a similar type of property. This was one of the best we've encountered! Hot was very responsive- even accommodated a last minute request for us. House was very clean and well-organized- with instructions and relevant information in a binder. Light switches were labelled (a small but very helpful detail that is usually not done). Location is ideal for visiting downtown and route 1 businesses. Highly recommend!

Great for quiet family getaway

We visited with our kids and in-laws. It was a great townhouse, with plenty of space for our group. Lots of food options close by. Quick drive to the beach.

Great location with all the conveniences!

Excellent and easy stay at this property. It was great for a family beach getaway! We enjoyed the pool and the home. Everything was in excellent shape and nicely maintained. Highly recommend.

This home is a beautiful place to stay with bedrooms on the 3rd and 1st floors allowing for privacy and peacefulness. Most anything you’d want to do are minutes away…shopping, restaurants, beach , water parks etc. We had a blast and with any luck we’ll be there again next season. Thank you.

The best location! Close to everything! Hosts were very helpful and always responded fast! The house was gorgeous! Everything you could ever need! We’re already planning next years vacation! Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful Stay!

This house is beautiful, comfortable, and well stocked! Many places we have stayed in the past were "bare bones" in the kitchen, but these hosts have put a lot of thought into the items that they have in their home. The house is spacious and comfortable, walking distance to the pool included in the stay, and also a close drive to the beach and other amenities! The host was very prompt and pleasant with our communication, too! One small thing that could be improved is that the beds were on the harder side, but it would not deter me from booking this place again in the future!

The house was everything we were looking for and more. The owner was fantastic with communication, very quick to respond to questions or concerns. It really was perfect for our family of 6. There was space to hang out together and room to move for the kids to spread out if needed. Very convenient to shopping and groceries, or restaurants, and entertainment. Although route 1 gets busy, we never had too much congestion between the house and the beach or boardwalk. Convenient to Dewey beach, Rehoboth, not far from Bethany, or Henlopen state park. Wish we were still there!

Fabulously fresh townhouse few minutes from beach.

Pleasantly surprised with the property - even better looking than the pictures. Super clean and we'll maintained, plus stocked with a good number of necessities (Tupperware, aluminum foil, coffee filters, etc). The two upstairs bedrooms are pretty large, and the one in the back has blackout curtains for littles napping during the day. Conveniently located a few minutes from the beach, walkable to CVS and across the street from Fresh Market. One of the best VRBOs we've ever stayed at.

Rehoboth townhome

So my wife actually booked the house and we NEVER did anything other than a hotel/motel. I was skeptical but we all loved it. The house was beautiful and immaculate and fully stocked. It was only a 10 minute ride to the beach/boardwalk and pool was nice. While we didn’t speak personally to the owners they were readily available via email. Would we do it again and at their house? Absolutely!.

The pictures on VRBO do not do this property justice. An incredibly beautiful house with all the amenities and enough room for our large family. It is located just under two miles from the beach and boardwalk. Easily bikeable and there are backroads to miss most of the traffic on Rehoboth Avenue. We would recommend this property and would obviously rent it again. The owners were very responsive to all of our questions. We appreciated their timely responses.

This was a great townhouse to stay in during our time in Rehoboth Beach. The location was nice especially with the walking trail close by. The bedrooms, with each having an ensuite, were perfect for our family. We loved sitting on the back screened in porch spending time together. We also enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen, it had everything that we needed. The seating areas were nice as well. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you also for the quick communication.
