The pictures do not do this place justice, it was so much larger and beautiful in person! We had a group of 5 couples and there was plenty of space for everyone. It was nicely decorated and supplied, check-in was a breeze, and the location was nice and peaceful with a quick ride to downtown Nashville. Our entire group loved this house and location, and we would all stay here again!

Nice property for a weekend stay. Location for all things Nashville is wonderful. Area is very walkable and is close to several restaurants. The host was extremely nice and easy to reach. The beds upstairs could be more comfortable - folks that slept in them didn't sleep well. The downstairs king suite was great. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed for our 3 night visit. We all (eight of us ) voted the location terrific and recommend updating the beds and couches for a cozier stay.

We had a great stay. The house is so spacious, We had 7 adults and there were 2 couples and 3 singles and we each got our own rooms which was nice and plenty of bathrooms. The house was very clean, the hot tub was a nice bonus. The kitchen has A large refrigerator and is well equipped. So close to downtown, 15-20 minutes depending on traffic to get to downtown parking garage. Dining table sat 10 and was perfect for game night. Our host Chad was very responsive and accomendating. We would definitely rent this house again.

We had a wonderful time in Nashville. The house was beautiful and large enough for the 12 of us. Loved the seating area and chairs out back, and the kitchen was well stocked. The location was quiet, yet an easy Uber ride downtown. Highly recommend!

Our stay was 10/10! The home is beautiful, rooms were spacious, and the hot tub was a great touch. They thought of everything in this house! The location was also fantastic. So close to Midtown and Broadway. Most importantly, the host was so easy to work with and so accommodating! Checked in with me before and during our stay.

Host was available, shared phone numbers, easy to talk to. House was clean and well appointed. Hot tub was nice. Except for neighbor's lights. Pillowtop mattress was a bit too soft. A better selection of pillows would be welcome. Overall a very enjoyable stay.
