Great South Charlotte location! Quiet neighborhood, conveniently located near South Park shopping district. We are also close to Carolina Place Mall, Ballantyne and Uptown
Charlotte. Easy access to Pineville Matthews Road, South Boulevard , I-77 and I-485. Located near a lot of great restaurants! We have a wonderful hospital only 10 minutes away; Atrium Pineville.

This completely furnished, all inclusive condo has 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. Each bedroom has a flat screen smart television The family room has a large flat screen smart television. Fully functional kitchen with dishwasher and refrigerator. This is a ground floor unit with a quiet back patio for relaxing. We are less than 10 minutes away to help you with anything during your stay!

Our home is available for short/long term monthly rentals, completely furnished with dinnerware, pots and pans, linens, wireless internet and utilities. All the comforts of home! Bring you clothes and leave the rest to us.

Outstanding Stay At This Condo

What a great time we spent in Charlotte at this VRBO property! It was beautifully decorated and supplied with everything we needed for our 3 month stay. Working with the owner was a pleasure. She was easy to communicate with and prompt in answering any question. The unit is located with a nice open area behind it and we enjoyed many mornings sipping coffee and watching deer wandering by.
