The rental was good for us. Only issue was water supply but that was the government rationing the water supply. The just had someone deliver water to us so that was super helpful!

Only thing that worked was the fridge and it had gnats all in it. They were every where couldnt eat without them all in it or around. Couldnt use the bathroom. Had to go buy bug stuff. Then the stove didnt work nor did the microwave. Water never got close to warm. They fixed the stove the next day and the guy tried to charge us. Couldnt sit any where outside everything was covered in bugs and dirt. Also this is a basement apartment End of story we left and paid for a stay we didnt stay at. The food in the area is nice and Linda is great. Also like i got to experience a different area in Puerto Rico but this place wasnt for us.
