Minimum age to rent is 25. Immediate cause for eviction if found otherwise. Driver's License is required with rental. Must submit through platform.
Absolutely NO smoking or vaping in condo OR on balcony. Smoking area provided near the grilling area. Immediate cause for eviction with no refund.

This is truly one of the nicest condos we have ever stayed in. It is a beautiful condo with every amenity you could ever need and more! Very clean and everything was well taken care of!
