A retreat location, situated in the beautiful South Shores Resort in a gated community at Lady Bay.
This family friendly villa offers it all. Enjoy the modern open living/dining area which is generous in size and has additional breakfast bar facilities. The bi-fold doors from the living area open out on to the barbecue/entertainment area. Relax and take in the stunning ambience overlooking the main communal pool and the lawned/tree lined access way which leads down to the second swimming pool with shade sail. The lower level outdoor deck is an ideal alfresco setting to enjoy your morning and afternoon coffees.
The master bedroom on the upper level has plenty of room and an ensuite providing a bath/spa. The 2 additional bedrooms are located on the lower level, with access to a spacious second bathroom. A separate laundry area is well equipped for guest use.

The Fleurieu region in which this villa is located has so much to offer all year round. Attractions include a variety of sporting activities, fine food, great local wineries, arts and crafts and a variety of festival, show and market events. Don’t miss out on a great opportunity.

Nice location..

Location was close to the beach and quiet...certainly large enough for 2 Adults and our 2 children. Property was a little on the dirty side with dust and and a few lights not working etc..

With a rating of 3 stars, we hope the stay was enjoyable. We have many regulars returning to South Shores and to this villa who have a great experience. We take on board all feedback provided for further attention as required. The Villa is professionally cleaned with each stay. With minor maintenance matters e.g. light globes not working, we appreciate the feedback so that action can be taken. Where possible, the onsite caretaker will attend to such matters when reported at the time.

Long Weekend Family Get Away

Great location in the South Shores overlooking the pool. Our large family had plenty of room in this spacious house. We would definitely return again.

Property review

Stay was good. Property is looking aged and is in need of painting and maintenance works. Biggest gripe is no linen provided and toiletries. Paying prices on par with hotel, motel these should be included.

The onsite caretaker endeavours to address small maintenance issues that are reported during guests stay on the spot and reports other concerns which may require attention back to owners. We try to keep costs down by not providing a full supply of linen or toiletries (doonas, pillows, mattress protectors and basic soaps are provided). We feel the villa offers great value for guests in a secure and scenic location.
