Villa 13 South Shores Resort - Executive Style villa on the lagoon!

FREE WIFI/INTERNET ACCESS & POOL/BEACH ACCESS
This Trevally Villa, located within the South Shores resort, overlooks the lagoon and has a view to the main swimming pool. It is a modern executive villa with spacious living areas on the upper level, including balcony entertainment area for enjoying barbecues whilst looking out at the water features and birdlife on the lagoon.

The Villa provides fully self contained facilities, has reverse cycle air conditioning area and well equipped kitchen. Enjoy the fresh drinking water from the puratap!

The Trevally features 3 spacious bedrooms, main bedroom with an ensuite and can accommodate up to 6 guests. The bedrooms have built in robes and are located on the ground floor. The master bedroom opens out to a private deck with lookout on to the lagoon. Bedroom two has a Queen size bed and bedroom three has 2 single beds. Bedrooms two and three have access to a generous size bathroom with toilet, vanity & a large shower.

Single carport provided and access to other carparking in the designated car park zones within the resort.

Guests can enjoy varied facilities within the secure gated community including the landscaped gardens, swimming pools, barbecue and reserve areas, children's playground, basketball rings and bike track. From the reserve, walk along the board walk and take in the scenic country side views to the pristine Normanville coast line.
Varied eateries and cafes in the local townships of Normanville and Yankalilla and from which to choose. The Fleurieu region offers many sporting opportunities, bushwalking, fishing and local wineries to visit. Also on route to Cape Jervis, Kangaroo Island and about 30 minutes to Victor Harbor.

We stayed over Easter weekend, roomy and clean for all of us 4 Adults and 2 teens. had plenty of space. Lovely views, close to resturants, town beach and only 20min drive to beautiful waterfall area. It was a little cold for us adults but the kids around us loved the hige pull

Location is good, walking distance to the beach. Playground and pool for kids. Door locks not working in some rooms, dusty, BBQ is not in user friendly conditions. appliances are working, however we were not able to find vacuum cleaner. In general, good for weekend.

Everything was good apart from the internet (when it worked we were lucky!!) and the afternoon sun streaming in through the high windows (needs blinds!!). We had to move the table and chairs to be able to eat comfortably without sun in our eyes or wear sunglasses inside.

Great location but needs a good tidy up!

Tired and looking like a very good external clean is needed. Chairs and tables outside main bedroom were filthy and covered in cobwebs. Bare essentials only and I feel for the price cleaning fee it was very underwhelming.
