Welcome to Rock Creek Haven!
Tucked away in the tiny town of Chipita Park Colorado, this cozy home is walking distance to the small village of Green Mountain Falls.
It is surrounded by beautuful, mountains, wildlife, nature and hiking trails.
The 1940's cabin has been completely remodeled. Featuring an open floor plan, comfy beds, plush furniture, fully equipped kitchen, high speed internet and everything you need to make your stay in the mountains of Colorado a perfect one.
Located along a paved, main road, its easy to get to and easier to stay.
World Class skiing at Breckenridge and many other resorts is only an hour and half to 2 hours away!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip all pillowcases and sheets. Leave on top of used beds. Gather all towels and leave in the bathtub. Please do not leave dirty dishes or the dishwasher running.
Remove unusable items from thr fridge and discard. Collect trash and recycle, including bathroom and bedrooms. Take out the back door to the cans.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Maximum of 4 Adults and 3 children (16 and under) Over 16 is considered an adult. Accommodations for the number of people in your reservation only
No parties or gatherings Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am No smoking of any kind including 420 allowed inside No shoes in house No fires of any kind
All pets must me declared and pet fees paid 10 days prior to guests arrival or your reservation may be canceled without a refund

We had a lovely stay both visiting family in the area, plus visiting iconic places like Pikes Peak and the Garden of the Gods. About halfway between Manitu Springs and Woodland Park there are many dining options. The house was clean, comfortable and communication with host was excellent. Highly recommended.

Our family had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean, tidy and well kept. We also felt at home. Summer was very helpful and responded quickly with any questions. The location was easy to find and well located at the center of recreation and nearby shopping and services. We also enjoyed walking the trail located directly across the street. We would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to stay again!

We will absolutely be coming back! This is seriously in the perfect location for those that want mountains but still be within reasonable distance of all the fun things The Springs has to offer. We even had 4 mule deer come right up to the back window our first morning here so that was an added bonus haha. I can’t recommend this beautiful mountain retreat enough! Perfect for couples!
