The Happy Crab

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Happy Crab was not so happy. Very pretty and great set up. Unfortunately the hot water heater wasn't working, the vent over the stove was not connected to anything and the place filled with smoke every time we cooked. The management was kind, however it took half our stay to get the hot water working. I loved the beach and time with family. I think there should be some survey you fill out with your departure stating how things are working in your rental. That way things can be fixed in a timely manner and guests won't be put in a property that isn't ready.
