We are a large family of 20 people including 12 adults and children. We love this place. We stay here almost every year and happily travel from dfw to be there. The host is super responsive and kind. Amazing location and just great all around.

I recently stayed at this house with my sister and her family. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and we happily cooked all our meals. It was close to the boardwalk and we were able to borrow a wagon and beach items that were stored in the garage. There was plenty of parking and the location was just a short drive from souvenir shops and the grocery store. The host, Tonya, responded quickly to my questions and was very helpful. We had a wonderful vacation and hope to stay there again in the future!

This is our 3rd year staying at this house, and our 5th year renting a home from Tonya. We adore Tonya, she’s a great host. Always takes care of anything we may need. The house is always in perfect condition. We love the beach access and how open the house is. We have a large group and are able to be together while cooking/eating/just hanging out without feeling like we’re crammed together. I have nothing but good things to say about this house and Tonya.

We’ve stayed here a few times over the years, and have always enjoyed it. There’s lots of bedrooms, beds, and space to gather, play games and hang out. The neighbors are all close by, but so is the beach, just a block to the ramp to the beach. Since the house is not close to a hotel or condos, it is usually easy to get a nice spot to put up a tent/shade on the beach, even if you don’t get up early on holidays (eg Easter weekend) to save a place. It is basically a one story 4 bedroom house on the second floor, with a separate 2 bedroom house on the ground floor. They also include some nice beach goodies in the garage for guests to use, and lots of board games.

It was the perfect house for our family. The downstairs was perfect for the couple that joined us with a disability service dog. It gave them privacy and a place to go to when the couple were tired.
