LOL. Nice try! First of all, let me explain to everyone what is going on here. You can't check-in and tell me how wonderful everything is and stay the week, then a month and a half later want your money back because you spent all of your money while on vacation. Sorry, it doesn't work that way. I hope everyone reads this for educational purposes. We hire a professional cleaning company to clean our houses. They are contracted to clean the house. They leave their number in the house along with a note, a couple drinks and snacks. The reason they leave a note with their number is for you to call them if you have a problem. My number is also attached and also in your paperwork along with my email address. If there is ever a problem, you should simply contact me or the cleaning crew and I will take care of it immediately. These folks never contacted me to let me know of any problems. Saturday while they were driving into town, they responded to my welcome text when I sent them the door codes. They texted me again wanting to check-in the unit early. They arrived and texted me from the house and told me everything was wonderful and then I never heard from them again all week. I saw them on Wednesday by the pool when I stopped by to check the pool chemicals and I asked if they were enjoying their stay to which they replied they were having a great time. Nothing else was mentioned. I seriously doubt the unit was dirty when they arrived, but if it was it's probably because some of his own family got there early and probably did it. My cleaners won't leave a place like that. However, I doubt it was dirty at all, this guy just had a different agenda. This guy went as far as to look me up a month and a half later to find the two real estate companies I work for and contacted both of them. Sent emails to the HR dept in New Jersey to try to extort money from them thinking maybe this house had something to do with them but surprisingly couldn't contact me directly all week to even mention a thing while he was here at the beach. I don't know how you can text me from the house stating things are wonderful, see me on the pool deck and tell me you're having a great time, then a month and a half later try every slander tactic you can think of to try to get me to give you a free stay. If you can't afford to be going on vacation, please don't go. Because, I am not in business to give out free vacations. I live here and take my business seriously. Just call.

Hello Stacey, We’re very surprised to see your feedback. We have house rules (which include strict quiet hours from 10 pm - 7am) and require all guests to acknowledge and agree to them prior to booking. If you notified us during your stay that there was a noise issue we would have been happy to address it. Please let your hosts know (during your stay), if there is an issue to avoid any negative impact in the future.
