Enjoy this newly renovated Villa with full access to Beach, Pool, Golf, Tennis and Fitness Center. The villa is colorful, bright and clean. Enjoy sitting outside and enjoying the view of the beautiful Center Court and Club House at The Seabrook Racquet Club! This quiet end unit has plenty of outdoor and green space. The villa pool is private and only available to you and other property owners. Bike trails are right outside your door... enjoy a short bike ride to Beach, Bohicket Marina, Freshfields Shopping Village, Equestrian Center, and Lake House. (All are within walking distance also!). exceeded our expectations! lovely stay in seabrook in this perfect condo for two. clean, easy communication with our host, and really appreciated that the condo was stocked with basics like paper towels, ice, even some extra travel toiletries. gorgeous grounds and a great deck and screened in patio. easy access to all amenities. will definitely book this again!

What a beautifully decorated place to stay with access to stunning views on Seabrook Island. Walk a few feet to the pool. Just perfect. I will definitely be back to stay again.

Nice weekend stay for a wedding

Nice place and quiet location. We were there for a long weekend for a friends wedding and this was perfectly located for us. Host was very responsive. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Great quick getaway

Seabrook Island is one of my favorite places. The condo was close to the Seabrook Club, it was clean, well stocked, and had a great balcony and screened-in porch. Highly recommend!

Great and easy experience! I highly recommend this unit, if you are staying in Seabrook. Property manager was excellent and responsive! This unit is in a great location to Freshfields, Marina and the amenities.

Cute and Comfy

The place was super cute. I loved the eclectic decor. And although I didn't cook anything during this trip, I appreciate that there were plenty of utensils available. If I were to come back, I would definitely stay there again.

Nice spring stay

Very cute 1 bed condo. Everything available you would need for a short get away. Only downfall is ceilings are very thin and you hear every foot step above.

Beautiful area and wonderful place to ride bikes. However, seabrook island is very exclusive and we were under the impression we’d be able to do a bit more without the club passes. The description of the property implied tennis and bike riding yo restaurants, but without the club pass, you are not allowed to eat at the restaurants inside the area, nor use the courts, pools (except one for the apartment complex), or many other amenities. Also, when I reached out to the property manager, I was disappointed to find her very uncommunicative. I almost felt like I was bothering her to ask base questions in preparation for our stay. Post stay, I had to message multiple times to get a response when trying to communicate something.

Great place for the price!

The place was clean, very cute, and steps away from the pool, which we had to ourselves most of the time. The owner was helpful in getting a pass for my sister, who lives nearby, so she could join us for dinner. And the price was very reasonable. Lawn crew and maintenance folk get started pretty early in the morning, but we're early risers, so it wasn't a problem for us.

First Stay

Had a little trouble technology wise which is probably more me. Constance was super in working around that. Place was comfortable and a good value. Only negative is hearing someone above me walking around.
