Enjoy this newly renovated Villa with full access to Beach, Pool, Golf, Tennis and Fitness Center. The villa is colorful, bright and clean. Enjoy sitting outside and enjoying the view of the beautiful Center Court and Club House at The Seabrook Racquet Club! This quiet end unit has plenty of outdoor and green space. The villa pool is private and only available to you and other property owners. Bike trails are right outside your door... enjoy a short bike ride to Beach, Bohicket Marina, Freshfields Shopping Village, Equestrian Center, and Lake House. (All are within walking distance also!). Private parking and plenty of Guest Parking available. License # 20241329
