Great!

This was a beautiful clean property in a fantastic location. Had a little trouble getting my welcome email (probably a glitch) but other than that the property managers were great!!

Great spot by the water!

Great location… property was clean, in good repair and a great size for our family. Loved having bikes, beach chairs, sand toys, garage, etc. super convenient. Good communication from property mgmt company. Only recommendation is to put up room darkening curtains in the master, sun is super bright shining right in early morning!

LOVE THIS CONDO!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is absolutely perfect for families. It has 6 bikes, a grill, chairs, and a bunkbed with a trundle underneath. We will definitely continue to come back and will be bringing our family! We also really appreciate how it was already stocked with kitchen towels, soap, dishwasher pods, shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent, and fluffy shower towels! It was so homey - we did not want to leave!

W. Beach townhouse

Nice clean and new place. Landscaping was very nice, great view of ocean. House was chopped up, not big open spaces. Elevator worked but was difficult to operate. We could not figure out the TV, no local cable channels, all streaming which was no help since we don’t subscribe to most streaming channels. We had to leave after 2 days for a different reason and tried to let Mgmt company know but got no response.

Great Property Terrible Cleanliness

We had a good stay at this location that could have been a great stay if the property would have been completely cleaned before we arrived. We spent two hours our first night cleaning old yogurt off of bowls, crusted food off of utensils, and candy and other food from under the beds and furniture. Many of the blankets had kids stickers and food stains and we could tell they also hadn’t been washed. We contacted SeaScape about this - they offered to send someone to clean, but during COVID we weren’t comfortable with this so they provided us with a $100 credit. We expected a much cleaner place, especially during covid, and the $100 was a nice gesture from the management company but honestly felt a bit cheap after how much of our own time we had to spend cleaning the unit.

Beautiful condo

Fantastic place for a family of 5. Great location, amazing amenities with bikes, beach chairs and beach towels included. Garage was so handy for parking 2 cars.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The roach problem should have been handled PRIOR to our arrival. We should not have had to deal with them to the extent we did and have to call. We had lightbulbs out and that was annoying. A table lamp was brought to replace an overhead light and that was not sufficient.

Beautiful new condo. Steps from the beach. Nice balcony with view of the beach. Owners have provided high quality amenities including beach towels, chairs, bikes and beach cart. Kitchen is stocked and they provided necessities like dish soap/hand soap. 2 car garage makes for easy parking. Beautifully landscaped. Outdoor shower. Street can be noisy with properties very close together and beach access parking. Bedrooms and baths are nicely furnished. Bedrooms need black out shades. Quaint, top quality! Would definitely rent again.
