Perfect stay in Paul and Marie’s house

We spend 10 amazing days in Paul’s and Marie’s house. The checkin and departure process were really smooth. The house was well equipped and pictures were true to the reality. We definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy Mahé.

Our host Paul was very welcoming and responsive to all our needs and a few maintenance issues which were handled promptly. Dinner provided by our host on our first night was delicious and totally unexpected. I only give the property 4 instead of 5 stars is the small pool was not maintained which was one of the amenities that attracted me to this property. In all fairness we did not ask for the pool to be cleaned. Just expected it to be ready to use. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to visiting the Seychelles again.

Perfect location, wonderful

Perfect location, wonderful views including sunsets, house spacious and well equipped, private beach, shaded platform just at the beach with lounge chairs, good beds, excellent communication with owners who also gave valuable assistance (car rental, excursions, etc). We also enjoyed 3 delicious dinners prepared by Marie. Thank you Paul and Marie.

Paul is a very nice Host . The house have a lot of Charme and the is really nice. Kitchen was fully equipped nothing was missing . Nice big rooms with a lot of space . The best is the view …. We will come back for sure

Only amazing!

Our stay could not have been better, it was perfect from the start on. The house and its location with direct access to an amazing beach was better than we imagined it to be. The dinner made by Paul and Marie was incredibly delicious! Paul is an amazing and really helpful host. The snorkeling trip was unforgettable! Thank you Paul and Marie for that perfect vacation, maybe we will meet again!

beautiful stay

we traveled as a group of 5 friends. we loved the house and the beach a lot. The house was very clean and has 3 comfortable bedrooms and a super well equipt kitchen. Paul was very helpful and we got a super fish dinner the first night.because it was so good we ask Paul and his wife for another dinner , a superb fish curry! a beautiful place for holidays very easy going with great snorkeling just in front of the house. We enjoyed it a lot! Thank you Paul and Marie

Slice of Paradise

The property is WAY more beautiful than the pictures actually show...right on a stunning beach where we didn't see another person for the whole time of our stay. You could sit and watch the sunset & view from the balcony forever. Lovely house with all amenities. Paul is beyond helpful and made everything easy for us and Marie cooked the most delicious tuna curry we have ever had on our first night. I'd recommend this property to anyone with it's walking distance to town & restaurants and beautiful location. We had a super stay and would definitely come again...thank you!

Great hosts

The location of the property was superb. In effect, your own beach (depending on the tides). From a complementary meal on our first night to being so helpful for the 3 weeks we were at Rose Harry Cove Paul and Maria were outstanding. We were taken out fishing on Paul's own boat and bought enough fish to last all holiday. Lovely birds joined us for breakfast each morning. beach/reef walking at low tide was a nature lovers dream. Rays, so many unusual fish and other creatures. A time that will remain in out memories for ever.

Great location, great host

First of all Paul is a really great Host. He helps all the time and is very easy to reach. The house is amazing. The rooms are nice, the view and the beach are wonderful. The Kajak, SUP and bodyboard are cool gadgets to enjoy the beach even more. At the first day, we were suprised by a fine dinner. So we decided to take a fish curry for dinner at our last night. It was very delicious. We had also the chance to go with Paul on a snorkling and fishing trip. We had real fun and saw a wonderful underwater world. Paul, thank you for the unforgetable time. Vacation in paradise

This place has everything what you are dreaming of. The kitchen is very well equipped, there is everything you need whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner, there is even a Nespresso coffee machine, which made me very happy as a coffee lover. The dining room is also spacious and offers plenty of room. The bedrooms on the upper floor are very spacious with large en-suite bathrooms or showers. A large terrace with a view of the sea and sunset invites you to relax. The honeymoon suite is embedded in typical Seychellois stone and has a very special charm. It feels as if it is part of nature outside. The beach is gorgeous. Also ideal with small children. There is a private area with sun deck and covered seating area where you can eat. Although the beach is public, it feels like a private beach. Paul and Marie are fantastic hosts and very helpful and always on hand if there are any questions. On the first evening they surprised us with a fantastic fish dinner. It was simply wonderful, we felt very comfortable in this house and with our hosts.

Perfekte 2 Wochen

Unser Aufenhalt war perfekt. Paul hat uns am ersten Abend mit einem super Essen verwöhnt. Den Strand hatten wir immer für uns alleine. In den Ort mit seinen Restaurants und Bars läuft man ca. 15-20 min. Paul organisiert bei Bedarf auch ein Mietauto oder den Transfer vom Flughafen. Wir können das Strandhaus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank an Paul und Marie

Séjour idéal

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Roseharrycove. La villa est magnifique, bien équipée, avec une plage privée idyllique. Elle est proche de Beauvallon la plus belle plage de Mahé. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accueil et la disponibilité de Paul, hôte charmant. Merci aussi à son épouse Mary pour ses délicieux repas. Le poisson bourgeois péché par Paul était succulent. En bref Séjour idéal !!

Traumhaft schön

Das Haus liegt direkt am traumhaften Strand. Wir haben jeden Moment genossen. Und es sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Einfach ein kleines Paradies. Die drei Kajaks haben wir sehr oft gebraucht und das eigene Riff war echt wunderschön! Einfach alles war perfekt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Herzlichen Dank für die tolle Woche.

On a trouvé le paradis!

On vous recommande le domicile sans réserve. On y a passé des jours magnifiques dans un entourage splendide. La plage privée, abritée de palmiers est absolument paradisiaque et compte parmi les plus belles plages de l'île. Vous y avez la chance de voir des dauphins, des raies, des requins-baleines ou de découvrir le récif avec les canoes de la maison. Le son constant des vagues nous berçaient dans nos rêves. Les oiseaux exotiques nous rendaient visite régulièrement et les chauve-souris volaient autour de nos têtes. Le logement offre tout ce qu'il faut dans la vie quotidienne: un lave-linge, un four très puissant, un WiFi confiable. La cuisine est très bien aménagée:Tout ustensile dont on pourrait rêver est sur place. Le logement est bien climatisé grâce à la clim. On appréciat aussi beaucoup le service deux fois par semaine (serviettes de bain et de plages, nouveaux draps, nettoyage de la maison). C'est l'endroit idéal pour découvrir d'autres plages ainsi que les magnifiques jardins botaniques avec les tortues géantes ou pour faire un tour en bateau. On était très touchés par l'accueil chaleureux que Paul et Marie nous ont fait: On a savouré le délicieux repas d'accueil préparé par Marie, elle-même. Le dîner nous a tout de suite plongés dans la cuisine créole. Paul et Marie étaient toujours disponibles si l'on avait des questions, toujours flexibles et prêts à nous aider si l'on avait de petits soucis. Merci à vous deux! On espère vivement pouvoir y retourner un jour.

Ein echtes Juwel

Was für ein wundervolles Haus in perfekter Lage. Paul hat hier ein echtes Paradies. Man hat seinen eigenen Strand umrahmt von diesen tollen Felsen. Absolute Privatsphäre. Täglich kommen Vögel und wollen gefüttert werden. Abends segeln die Flughunde um das Haus und man kann sie aus nächster Nähe in den Bäumen hängen sehen. Alle paar Tage kommt das nette Hausmädchen und kümmert sich um die Reinigung. Paul wohnt direkt nebenan und ist jederzeit erreichbar. Direkt am Strand kann das Schnorchel beginnen. Auch stehen 2 Kajaks zur Verfügung, mit denen man gefahrlos die Gegend erkunden kann. Wir haben auf der Insel nichts vergleichbares gefunden. Wir sind sehr dankbar für 2 wunderbare Wochen im Paradies.

Top-Empfehlung

Es war einfach alles perfekt. Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben. Nicht super modern - aber mit allem ausgestattet, was erforderlich ist und mit viel Charme. Die Lage ist einfach der Hit. Direkt am Stand, am nördlichen Ende vom Beau Vallon. Kanus sind zur Nutzung vorhanden. Am Strand gibt es eine überdachte Grillstelle und einige Liegen. Man kann wirklich einfach direkt losschnorcheln. Das "Hausriff" ist ca. 50 - 100 m entfernt. Leider hat auch hier die Korallenbleiche Spuren hinterlassen. Dennoch ein tolles Erlebnis. Die Gastgeber wohnen direkt nebenan. Am ersten Abend gab es ein spezielles Dinner. Der Kühlschrank war mit dem Nötigsten für die erste Nacht befüllt. Ideal nach einem langen Flug von Europa. Vielen Dank. Paul gibt Tips für Wanderungen und ist mit uns auf seinem Boot für einige Stunden an der Küste entlang zu einigen Schnorchelspots gefahren. Das war ein Highlight unseres Aufenthaltes auf Mahé. Unbedingt zu empfehlen. Wir können das Strandhaus auf Mahè uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

The Paradise

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Marie et Paul. Un super accueil! Paul reste disponible, serviable, réactif… Marie nous a concocté des repas juste délicieux! Petit bémol, la clim un peu bruyante de la chambre du bas. La maison est très belle, conforme à la description avec tout ce qu’il faut. C’ était vraiment top, magnifique vue, plage déserte juste pour nous, les kayaks à disposition… Merciii Marie et Paul pour ce magnifique séjour passé chez vous😃 Céline et sa p’tite familly’s
