Amazing Villa next to the sea

Amazing stay at this villa located next to the sea. Located at the Coral Estate which has the restaurant Karakter (go there for a meal) and some great beaches.

Fabulous!!!

This place is fantasic!!! Just as beautiful as the pics! Highly recommend! Well stocked kitchen! You will want a car. Cant say enough good things. The floorplan is unique which adds to the enjoyment. I would return!!

Modern Comfortable Oceanfront House

We spent 11 nights at this house. The house is beautiful, modern and clean. We enjoyed the oceanfront location and listening to the waves was very relaxing and gazing at all of the zillions of stars at night was great. The bedrooms are in a separate building across a courtyard which was great except for a few short periods of rain when we got wet going from the main living area to the bedrooms. The kitchen had everything that we needed for cooking several meals at home. The location of the house is about a 45-60 minute drive from Willemstad where all of the best restaurants are. Coral Estates has a nice restaurant, coffee shop and a great spa which we enjoyed. The only issue that we had were the mosquitos and gnats were HORRIBLE and seemed to be immune from all bug sprays and oils that we used and coils that we burned. Of course, this is no reflection on the house management as no one can control mosquitos without spraying heavy chemicals! Management answered all of our questions quickly and completely. We really enjoyed our visit to Curacao and would not hesitate to recommend the island or the house to anyone.

Good: Location/beds/views/seaside patio Not good: 2 poolbeds for 6 guests/constant visits of people from the management company from early morning to late night/enourmous amounts of musquitos and sandflies (due to water in the garden)
