Future guests can book with confidence knowing that this condo’s location and amenities are exactly as described—true ski-in/ski-out access, a well-stocked interior, and one of the most convenient settings in the Steamboat base area. Regarding sleeping arrangements, this home currently offers two King bedroom suites plus a sleeper sofa in the living area. While twin beds were offered in the past, that configuration is no longer available. We communicated this update directly prior to arrival, but we understand that specific bedding setups can be an important factor when planning your stay and encourage guests to confirm any preferences ahead of time. The condo features quality furnishings and finishes that are accurately reflected in the listing photos. While some elements may feel more classic in style, the home is spacious, comfortable, and designed to accommodate groups with ease—including three full bathrooms and an in-unit washer and dryer. Overall, this property continues to be a great fit for guests looking for a larger, well-appointed condo in an unbeatable slopeside location, with easy access to lifts, dining, activities, and everything the resort base has to offer.

We take cleanliness seriously and reviewed this guest's comments with the housekeeping team as soon as we received this review. Based on more recent reviews, it's easy to see that the housekeeping team has since addressed any deficiencies as we've had nothing but positive remarks about this condo. Guests are provided multiple ways to reach us if they need anything during their stay, and we're always happy to help in any way.

The twin beds in the second bedroom can be converted to a king bed if requested prior to arrival. We're not sure why the beds were set up as a king for this guest's stay, but we've communicated with the housekeeping team to ensure it doesn't happen in the future without being requested. If guests would like to request the twins be set up as a king, they should reach out to us at the time of booking to confirm.
