The expansive water frontage allows you to enjoy sunrises in one direction and views of Bald Mountain in another. This house is super clean and thoroughly renovated. Whether you are enjoying the fire place inside or fire pit outside this is the perfect place to relax and unwind. You will be so captivated by the views you won't want to leave!

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

All comforters should remain in bedrooms. Do not move any furniture, if you did be sure to put it back in its original place before you leave.

All trash and recycling should be removed from the premises. All dirty sheets and towels should be placed in the basement on the table. If you do decide to start a load please use the "BULKY" option.

An additional cleaning fee of $250 will be charged if the home is left in poor condition. Text me at 315-857-8377 when you have departed, check out by 11:00 sharp!

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
