Our Condominium has it it all for a private comfy stay for one to two couples or a small family. With a private bedroom that boasts a King bed and a living area with a Queen pullout sofa, make yourself at home while relaxing to the sounds of the ocean from the balcony. Kitchen is recently remodeled and ready for some home cooking. Walking into the apartment, you are welcomed with the views from the 11th floor balcony, truly a view that can't be beat! If you are looking for a nice beach getaway to clear your mind, this condominium has all you need.

PAID FOR HILTON GOT MOTEL 6 Mold in shower,bathroom,closet hallway and elevators much smaller than expected bed was lumpy and old not enough towels and washcloths for 5 days pool was not clean hallway floor filthy you waste a whole day fir 4 pm check in for what we paid not up to VRBO standards. Location is great front desk nice view great and balcony was lovely it is close to beach restaurant and attractions Never heard from host except form emails tried calling no answer Doubt I will book with VRBO again I will never book this property again

This is a very comfortable place. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the balcony. The kitchen was stocked with the essential cooking utensils, coffee maker, teapot, etc. Living area was nice. The couch was a little uncomfortable but adequate. The bedroom was nice, mattress was comfortable. Bathroom shower is small, needs anti slip stickers on tub floor. Very slippery! The door sticks.The front door is a little tricky to unlock, took me several tries to get it open. We enjoyed the pool with the grill.Our biggest problem was that only one elevator was working. Long waits to get up and down to the 11th floor.All in all, it was a great get away and I’d come back again!

I understood from the listing that we would be ON the beach, not across the busy highway. The view from the room was wonderful. Sitting on the balcony, listening to the beach sounds was awesome. One problem was only two wash cloths for two people for two nights. The door lock was a problem, but we were able to lock it from the inside.

This room offered sheets for the pull out, it had none, the front desk didn’t either. We had to buy our own. The floor and the shower were very dirty. The lock on the door was very difficult to operate
