Quiet, beach front stay

A very nice place to stay. Short walk to the pool and beach. Secure property. It had all we needed and very clean. Balcony overlooks the beach as well as master bedroom.

Sunrise Terrace was great . Nice clean close to the pool and a easy walk to the beach. It would be better if they were pet friendly . My sister had her service dog and we had no problems with them. It was a very nice place and love the price I got for the whole week. I'll will for sure be back.

Great Family Vacation!

We will be coming back! We have stayed at several different places on the beaches in St Augustine and this one is by far our favorite! The views are amazing, beach access is just steps away from the door, the condo is clean and had everything we needed for a family of four to get away for several days.

Great condo! Plenty of room and as close as you can get to the beach and pool. The kitchen was well stocked. The condo was clean and the host was very responsive.

Perfect for Rest and Relaxation!

Sunrise Terrace was perfect! Beautifully decorated and very comfortable with all the amenities you need. The gorgeous sunset off the deck can't be beat. We had a very relaxing week with a 5 to 8 mile walk each day on the beach. The beach is quiet, great for walking or swimming and so relaxing. We did not want to leave and hope to be back!

The ocean view is incredible. The ocean is very close which we really enjoyed. The host also left us some local coffee, and I appreciated that little touch. While we found some hairs in the sheets and tubs, the unit smelled and generally looked freshly cleaned when we arrived. It is worth noting because I must've missed it in the listing, but this unit is on the second floor and there is not an elevator.Definitely have some maintenance items to address. For instance, the dishwasher is not screwed in place, so it fell forward at times while loading. The refrigerator has a lot of condensation resulting in dripping/icing, even with adjusting the temperature. The seal/frame on the sliding door and master window are clearly failing and needs replacement soon. Further, the sliding door is so oxidized, it's very difficult to lock if you're able. The clothing washer seems to be off balance because even small loads result in the washer drum banging around. Lastly, there is visible mold on the ceiling around the half bathroom vent. None of which were inconvenient enough to have someone come out to address while we were staying there but are all worth looking into.

Relaxing Stay

We spent 4 nights in this wonderful unit and had a great time. We appreciated the beach toys and other beach supplies they had available for us to use. Loved having 2.5 bathrooms and 2 showers especially when everyone wanted to shower after spending the day at the water. Very close to the water and pool which was nice. Nothing like laying in bed listening to the waves each night. We would definitely stay here again.
