Beachfront condo with direct pool & ocean view on St Augustine Beach

Enjoy beach life in this top floor beachfront two bedroom two bath condo with strong ocean views from the Living Room and the Master Bedroom. It is conveniently located right next to the elevator. Enjoy your coffee watching beautiful sunrises from the balcony overlooking the pool & ocean. The Living Room has a 50" HD TV with a sectional couch with multiple recliners. You will love the master bedroom with a king memory foam mattress, 40" HD TV and en suite master bath. Guest bedroom has a queen and twin bed. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare and enjoy your favorite meals from home. Keep the full size refrigerator stocked with your favorite drinks from the nearby stores. Use the full size stove and microwave to cook and the dishwasher to clean up after. There is even a crock-pot you can use to have your meal cooking all day while you enjoy the beach and attractions. If you don't feel like cooking, there are plenty of restaurants close by. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower and the master bathroom has a bathtub/shower. You will find beach chairs a 10’x10’ canopy and an umbrella in the guest bedroom closet for your beach use. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit. We have high speed Internet with a convenient desk in the master bedroom. Enjoy on-site tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts and shuffleboard while barbequing on one of the nearby grills in this secure gated complex. This condo is located 5 miles south of historic St Augustine, also known as the Ancient City. Located on Anastasia Island we are 1/2 hour from the Daytona speedway, and 1 1/2 hours from Orlando.

We have stayed at 4-5 different units at Spanish Trace and this one was, by far, our favorite! It was clean, nicely decorated, fully stocked with necessities and the hosts were responsive. The view of ocean was spectacular! As always, the pool was expertly maintained!

Had a great stay this winter , this was our third stay in Ron and Jennifer s unit. Everything you need is there and is as advertised, we love the view from the balcony’s Adirondack chairs over the pool out to beach . Sunrise is beautiful from there also. Will be back god willing next February.

Spanish Trace has character with lovely red tiled buildings and grounds! Check in: The office was closed, so we went straight up the elevator to the unit. As others have suggested, park close to the elevator. This condo is spacious, nice, and clean with a beautiful side view of the ocean. The balcony is large with chairs and an umbrella is there for shade. The owner provides mostly everything you may need. We forgot aluminum foil and needed extra baggies which we found in the kitchen drawer. There are extra towels, blankets, sheets, pillows, hairdryer and a few toiletries. With four adults staying five days/four nights, each bathroom only had a little over half a roll of toilet paper each and no extra rolls. No big deal though, we just picked up an extra pack at the store. We cooked in the condo daily. The oven gets HOT, so Please stay in the kitchen to watch the food while you are using it. We used the oven on 400 degrees one evening and it got WAY too hot - even on the outside. The beach is easily accessible from the property. A lifeguard station is close by and there are police patrolling the beach daily. We swam in the large pool which was cleaned each morning. Check out: We were required to take out the trash down to first floor and across the parking lot to the dumpster, strip all bedding and stack in laundry baskets (along with towels), and load and start the dish washer.

My wife and I have stayed in several vacation condos all over the country and at many in the St Augustine area and this unit may be our favorite. Lots of space, a great view, responsive owners and everything was provided in the unit that we could have wanted. There was even a cast iron skillet and the puzzle in the unit had all of the pieces! It is in a great location with great amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very quiet and safe. The pool was very nice. The grounds were beautiful. It was a very short walk to the beach. The owners were very responsive. We would definitely stay there again.

We grew up and currently live in the St Louis, MO area. We have been married for 42 years and have 2 kids and 3 grandchild.

Why they chose this property

We've been coming to northeast Florida since the 80's. We love, love, love this beach! It is wide and rarely crowded. We love this property because it is a small complex and the pool is never crowded and is private. This condo is right next door to a beach access and is walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping.

What makes this property unique

Being on the top floor allows for better views the beach and ocean with less distractions.
