Welcome to your Ace Getaway in Niagara Falls. Enjoy this modern and classy house, just one block away from all the action. This is the best location in terms of proximity; 500 m from Clifton Hill & 800 m from Niagara Falls. The house is freshly renovated and maintained to an extremely high standard. Comfortable and cozy, the house is loaded with all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. Rooms are well appointed with all new beds and premium mattresses. All beds come with superior quality linens which will provide you a relaxed feel and a good nights sleep. The main floor has two queen beds, seven seater sofa in the living room, and a 3 piece bathroom. Freshly renovated basement is equipped with a queen bed and a double bed + a powder room. Stay connected with our complimentary Wi-Fi, stream videos and watch Netflix on our brand new 50 inch Samsung 4K LED Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, all new dining ware and cooking utensils. There is ample parking and the driveway can fit upto 3 cars.

The house was layed out great for a family of 6. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of hot water for us to get shower back to back. Was less than a 5 min walk to Cliffton Hills, Quiet neighborhood. Would recommend to use this property. The owner was easy to communicate with.

Perfect location, we were able to walk to many attractions and save on parking fees, Jas was great with communication and offering suggestions. There was water, soda and chips for us when we got there and even balloons for my mom’s birthday. Beds were comfy and the back deck was perfect for morning tea, which was provided. Great stay and highly recommended.

We had a great stay overall. This is an especially good location if you spend time in Clifton Hill area. The shower is slippery but a mat is provided. The stairs are steep inside and out. Provided snacks were great. No laundry on site.

We were traveling with 4 generations from 90 to 3 months. The house was perfect for what we needed. Two bedrooms on main floor and two in basement with a half bath. The kitchen was adorable and had everything we needed with some extras. Jas left some bottles of water, cookies, chips, coffee and chocolate. What more do you need. Attractions were walking distance. FYI there are 4 steps to get into house.

Everything was so clean. Stocked with everything we needed. So much room, comfort. And so close to everything, it struck the perfect balance of close to all the action without being in the middle of the noise. This was our first experience with VRBO and it was amazing. The house was perfect for our family of seven (2 parents and college age kids). It was extremely clean and every room appeared to have recent updates. The location was just a few blocks away from Clifton Hill. The host was very responsive and followed up with us during our stay. It was a great experience!

WOW! This place was perfect! 4 night stay with another couple and the house was spot on what we were looking for. Easy 10 minute walk to see the falls and be right in the heart of all of the attractions. Don't be fooled by the exterior of the house, it's the interior and location that is overwhelming. Comfortable, cozy and very well equipped. The owner left us snacks and drinks and gave recommendation on things to do and see and places to eat, which were all spot on. We had 1 issue with the refrigerator but he came over immediately and tried to fix it, when he realized it was going to take longer then he anticipated he provide us with a mini fridge right away. We could not of asked for a better response then that. He was friendly and communicated with us clearly and quickly. It was exactly what we needed! THANKS JAZ!
