Welcome to our newly built and immaculate home, located just 12 minutes from the stunning Niagara Falls, Fallsview Entertainment District and Clifton Hill and 9 minutes from Brock University. Our home features three spacious bedrooms: a king bedroom with its own private bathroom and bathtub, a queen room, and a prince room, both sharing a dedicated bathroom. All rooms are equipped with brand new, comfortable hygienic mattresses, beds, and fresh bedding for your utmost comfort. The living room boasts a 75-inch TV for your entertainment.

The first floor is carpeted, meticulously clean, and a shoe-free zone to ensure a pristine environment. Please note that parties are not allowed.

This was a great place to stay. We were in St Catharines with our 2 adult children for a funeral and the house was in a great location. The house is a newer build and has a lot of modern touches. There is a washer/dryer available and the beds are comfortable. There were plenty of dishes and pots and pans. I would recommend this home as a great place to stay.

Great house - perfect for stay in Niagara area

This house was unbelievably clean and everything was thought of. We liked that it wasn't right in the crazy/noisiness of Niagara Falls, but was close enough for us to go in for dinner. The owner was very communicative and happy to help with all questions. We loved that we didn't have to "house clean" upon leaving - some listings, even if you pay a cleaning service want you to clean everything, strip beds etc.. before you go. Waqas has everything taken care of for you.

Short one night stay

The house was beautiful- the main bedroom had a huge tub and shower ensuite. The beds were comfortable- but there was no top sheet on the king main bedroom bed and the ac was set to warm. The coffee maker had mold in it so coffee was out of the question. Otherwise - it was a great stsy

Apologies for the missing top sheet on the king bed — we do keep an extra set of clean sheets in each room’s closet, but it seems we may have missed placing one properly. Quiet, comfortable and spacious

The property is in a subdivision that is still under construction, but there was no construction noise where we were. The property is quite new, spacious, clean and comfortable. There was no noise from the neighbours. The view from the back isn't great as the area in behind has been torn up but not developed.In the living room there is a very comfortable couch with a large screen tv. We didn't use the tv so can't comment on it. The kitchen could have been a bit better equipped for cooks like us, but the host has promised to rectify the little things that were missing, such as a corkscrew. and garlic press. The appliances are new and effective. We were able to cook all of our meals there. There currently is no BBQ or dishwasher, but that didn't really bother us.The master bathroom has a large comfortable bath tub as well as a separate shower. The bed was very comfortable. There wasn't really anywhere to hang damp towels, but the host has indicated he will provide appropriate racks. The host was very responsive to my emails. He very kindly allowed us to check in early as there wasn't anyone there the night before, and we wanted to be there early as my daughter was having a baby.It is situated within easy driving distance of St. Catharines and Niagara Falls.
