MUDGEE Character filled warm and cozy house with 2 queen size bedrooms located on a level area with views forever. 28 acres of privacy only 15 minutes to the heart of Mudgee via a bitumen road. Pet friendly. Open fire, 55" TV, Netflix, Foxtel-Go, most streaming services, and all the free to air stations. Fast & unlimited Starlink WiFi internet access and strong Telstra 4G.
28 acres to wander around including 4 dams, a creek and an orchard with fruit trees and grape vines. Watch the sunsets with a glass or two of vino around the fire pit and cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen or the outdoor BBQ. Taxi and mini bus available if you need transport to and from town or the many wineries.

Two queen size beds and an air mattress available for the loungeroom if you want to sleep up to six.

Property was perfect for a short stay in Mudgee. Very clean and really well furnished. had everything we needed. Views are spectacular! Lots of birds and kangaroos and so peaceful! Short drive to town. Loved it, will stay again!

What a beautiful place to stay and relax. Views are out of this world and the house is cosy, warm and has everything you need to be comfortable. Fully fenced letting our dogs have a good adventure as well. Will book again first gap we get to go away!

We had a wonderful time, the little farm house was beautifully presented, the outdoor area was lovely, perfect for a little volleyball net and the kids lived the fire pit at night. Great location, we would definitely stay again!

Absolutely incredible stay from start to finish! The property was even better than the photos — beautifully presented, spotless, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. The attention to detail really stood out and made it feel more like a home than just somewhere to stay.The location was perfect and made it so easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer, while still feeling like a peaceful escape. The beds were super comfortable, the space was welcoming and stylish, and every part of our stay felt effortless.And THE VIEWS!!!!!! Come on! There is nothing better! Communication was fantastic and everything was smooth from booking through to check-out. We’ve stayed in a lot of places over the years and this one genuinely stands out. We’re already talking about coming back and would recommend it without hesitation!

Lovely location, very clean, comfortable and appreciated communication from owner and the easy access process. Lazy afternoons looking at the view, which is just gorgeous! Enjoyed seeing the beautiful birdlife and kangaroos and watching the sunset over the hills. Will definitely book again.

This is an absolutely stunning property. So much thought has gone into it and we loved checking out the forest and fields around it. Not to mention the great wineries and picturesque Mudgee down the road. We'll be back for sure.

This was a perfect stay with my mother and husband over Christmas. We had lovely walks around the property with our border collie. Neill was easy to communicate with and quickly responded. Very relaxing. We had christmas lunch at Lowes family vineyard. Everyone was so friendly. Was an amazing few days.

Great place with a beautiful view. Well stocked kitchen and beds are comfortable. Was a little hot even with aircon but we were there during a big heatwave. Very clean. Tv is great with Netflix etc. Would go back again when the weather is cooler. Highly recommended

Indeed an amazing view

A perfect get away, a beautiful country views in Mudgee. Fantastoc drive scenery and close to major attractions. I will definitely come back.
