47 Perry has been styled with warmth and comfort. Enjoy the ducted reverse cycle air conditioning, soft luxurious towels and warm cosy beds fitted with bamboo sheets and electric blankets in the colder months.

Share stories, enjoy a drink and a barbeque in the private outdoor courtyard or relax on the front verandah and watch the world go by.

Get comfortable on the lounge and enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace. Play an entertaining board games, connect to the free wifi, read a book or watch the telly.

The kitchen is complete with a coffee machine and all the essentials should you wish to dine in. The kitchen is stocked with tea, coffee, sugar and milk in the fridge. You will also find some complimentary treats to enjoy with your cuppa.

The bathroom has all the essentials including soap, shampoo, conditioner, tissues, a hair dryer and toilet paper.

Should you wish to do some laundry, the cottage is equipped with a washing machine (including liquid capsules), dryer, iron and ironing board.

Parking is available at the rear of the cottage and on the street.

The place was spacious, beds were comfortable. However it was really dark during the day. In the kitchen they had extremely old non stick pans that we couldn’t use and 1 small cooking pot, given there was only two of us and the house only fits 4 their salad bowel was big enough for 20. There was no washing up sponge and the toilet paper holder needs fixing.Other than that, location was central with parking, heating and WiFi. Attention to detail is all that is missing…

Superb property and host

I have stayed in many properties in Australia and overseas. None compare with 47 Perry Street. Margaret is a most generous and thoughtful host. The property is exceptionally comfortable and well located. Every comfort you could look for is there. I cannot recommend it sufficiently highly.
