The property is above average and is well furnished. Wifi worked well but if you desire to view TV programs the two units are a limited size. The main vaccuum was clogged from prior use that we needed to untangle and clean out. The lock box was a joke and we were lucky to get it open upon arrival, worst yet we could not get it open to leave the only house key into it. As said, above average.

Thank you for sharing about your stay, Tom. We are glad that you returned to stay at the Dreamcatcher again. I knew that you were excited about seeing all of the improvements at the cabin prior to your arrival. We do have a couple of TVs available for viewing TV programs. The size of the TVs are per the owners preference and they are not being advertised as big screen TVs and are just as pictured online. The cleaners typically bring their own cleaning equipment and do not use what is provided at the home. I am glad that you and other guests take advantage of using the provided by the homeowners amenities. We were able to open the lockbox without any concerns upon your departure, so I am not sure why you were having issues with it. I am sorry for the inconvenience. We had not had any complaints about it from previous guests and were able to open it on the first try after your departure. The lockbox is not automatic or electronic and it does require you to press the small black lever to the left of the numbers for it to open, per the guest instructions we provide.

Too good for words!

It was awe at first sight when we arrived at the property! This cabin is comfortably yet beautifully decorated. It certainly includes all the amenities listed. The cabin is new and very clean. Our family group of nine was very comfortable. The cabin is very spacious with enough room for everyone- whether you want company or privacy, you can find it here! We were able to conveniently purchase groceries at the nearby Ingles market. With the fully-equipped kitchen, cooking on vacation was not a bothersome activity. We were able to enjoy leisurely breakfasts before heading out for the day. The deck was cool and inviting in the morning for coffee. The Dreamcatcher is close to many activities. Some we enjoyed were white-water rafting, hiking to the falls, Chimney Rock, and Hendersonville and Asheville. The cabin was a great place to come back to after a busy day. There was always plenty of hot water for all the showers! While at the cabin, we enjoyed the stream and water fall, game room with foosball and air hockey tables, and 2 TVs (one for adults, one for children). There were plenty of little nooks for reading and quiet time, too! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay- Thank you Neal and Debbie for sharing your dream with us; you were the perfect hosts!
