Brand new lakefront retreat on Paw Paw Lake with hot tub!

Brand new lakefront home, with 120 feet of lakefront property. Huge, open floor plan with plenty of room to entertain - including bar and wine/beer refrigerator. 4 spacious bedrooms including a bunk room for kids. 3.5 baths. Master suite with rain shower and soaker tub with a lake view! Large screen porch to dine/relax. 90 foot sun deck with plenty of lounges chairs. Beautifully landscaped patio and fire pit. Shallow water to swim with pier - in no wake zone, great for kids! Rental includes gas grill, 2 kids kayaks and lots of lake toys and life vests. Perfect family retreat.

Paw Paw lake is a 900 acre sport lake with great fishing and water sports. Close to several wineries, breweries, St Joe beaches, u-pick farms.... many great restaurants in town as well!

Great winter retreat as well - within 30 minutes to Timber Ridge Ski Resort and 40 minutes to Bittersweet Ski Resort. Hot tub available to use that overlooks the lake, perfect for apres ski (additional charges will apply for hot tub usage). Also several sledding/tubing hills and winter activities nearby. Ice fishing on the lake as well. Cozy fireplace to come back to after being out in the cold!

Easy check-in. Kitchen had most all utensils and cookware we needed. Some unbreakable dishes good for outdoor eating, and for kids. Plenty of dishwater and glassware. Comfortable beds and pillows, plenty of bath towels. Need to wear footwear on the deck due to some splinters (grandson got one, granddaughter got one). Nice to have the paddle boards and kayaks to use. Very nice house and yard.

Perfect Paw Paw Get Away

We had a wonderful time at Paw Paw Lake. The house was perfect for my family of 6. My kids enjoyed fishing in the mornings and having a fire at night. We swam off the dock, played yard games, and had a boat rental that made the trip perfect. The house itself is great, very clean with everything you need, plenty of space for friends to come and visit. I would highly recommend.

The property is beautiful and spacious!! Beautiful view of lake with swans, ducks, beavers, etc. Well equipped for cooking/laundry and great restaurants around as well. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

We love Paw Paw lake! Grew up going here and rented for years before purchasing. Now we can use and share this magical place with other families!

What makes this property unique

We enjoy this home year around. Enjoy the lake and water in the summer, wineries/breweries and orchards in the fall and then ski and hot tub in the winter (and ice fishing too)!
