The view and sounds of the beach were awesome. The house was better than described. The checkout process was easy then many places. We were able to park all four of our cars at the property. The walk to/from the beach was great exercise!!

Beautiful home with stunning views of the ocean. Beach access was convenient and all of those stairs kept us active. We enjoyed the tide pools around the rocks at low tide. The community park was a plus!

The beautiful home was very clean and communication was excellent. Heidi answered all of our requests and questions with patience and grace. We enjoyed the home very much. The kitchen is well stocked and the view (once the marine layer/fog lifts was spectacular. We only used the main floor but downstairs appears quite beautifully decorated and clean as well. The instructions are clear and everything was operational during our stay. The walk to the stairs down to the beach was short and easy which is important so you use your energy on the steps instead of getting there. The neighborhood felt safe. There are numerous restaurants, galleries, views and gorgeous drives in the area. The home was a bit more expensive than we normally go for but we enjoyed every minute. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

The view from this house is amazing. Access to the beach is a short walk. The house was very clean and perfect for our family of six. The host was responsive to questions. The location is close to everything in Lincoln City.

Wow! I stayed here for 10 days and loved every minute of it. The house is exactly as described. Comfortable beds, very well stocked kitchen, fireplace gets things VERY warm. At times we were 6 people & seating in living room got a bit tight, but I spent most of my time on the deck looking at the water. I have mixed feelings on the bushes out back. I think they should trim down to get an uninterrupted shoreline view, but it blocks the wind a bit - I spent most of my time out here. I took my 14 yo dog with me. Primary bedroom is on main, so it was only the eight steps in/out of the house that I needed to contend with. There are steps to the beach about 5 houses down. I’m 56, there were 116 stairs and honestly it’s not that bad (I’m a walker but I don’t work out). HOWEVER- if you drive about 2 minutes down the road there is a ramp to get to the beach, *perfect* for me to get my dog down there (tbh I specifically picked this house for my dog and it was great) you are on the crest of a hill hence walking a geriatric dog for any distance wasn’t doable, but there’s grass across the street. My only warning is the hot water can be scalding, so be careful. Thinking of making this annual trip and would definitely stay here again! Oh, and Heidi is great to work with - excellent communication.
