Thanks for the great review. Come back anytime!

Hi. Happy that you enjoyed your stay. Great place to relax! Come again.

Hi Sharon, we're glad that you enjoyed this beautiful townhome overall. We followed up with the homeowners, who were surprised by your review as they have never received any complaints regarding the bathroom or hot water before. They've assured us they are monitoring the water situation to make sure the heater is working properly. The owners do encourage guests to reach out with any concerns so they can address those promptly for a more enjoyable stay.

Thank you for the detailed feedback. We do have monthly pest control, with a visit just about 10 days before your stay, but we know mountain living can still bring unwelcome visitors and we're sorry that affected your stay. When the downspout drain ruptured during heavy rain, our repair team was out within 24 hours to fix the problem. The downstairs area, including the trim, was fully remodeled in April with no evidence of mold or rot found upon inspection after your stay. . We also sent a repairman out the same day the toilet issue was reported. We appreciate you letting us know how things held up over the course of your stay, and we're using that insight to keep a closer eye on ongoing maintenance going forward.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: -We have high standards of hospitality for our property to ensure our guests have a positive stay. We're truly sorry to hear that you didn't have the five-star experience we endeavor to provide. As with any guest concerns, we would have been happy to address them right away. Mattress taste is subjective, and we have never received any complaints about this in the past. However, we apologize that you were not completely comfortable and that these specific mattresses did not suit your personal preference. While these mattresses may not be a perfect fit for every preference, however, they are one of the most approved in the market -Lastly, we're sorry to hear about your experience with the cobwebs. Our professional cleaner specifically scans each room for cobwebs after every guest's stay, but occasionally, depending on the time of year and being so close to the water the cobwebs can reappear if there are 1 or more days between guest stays Thank you for your feedback. We have had such positive reviews in the past, and we work very hard to ensure all guests arrive at a 5-star experience at our vacation rental. We will continue holding ourselves to these standards moving forward.

Hi Katherine, we’re happy to hear you enjoyed fishing and kayaking out on the lake! However, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize if you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- We’re sorry to hear that you weren’t comfortable during your stay. We do know that mattress preference is unique to each guest and while we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, mattress taste is subjective. We're sorry the mattress didn't meet your preferences. We’ve also talked with our cleaning crew to ensure all these issues do not recur for future travelers.
