We needed a place to stay while the plumbing in our house got fixed and this was perfect. Very private but lots of space. Great home away from home. The homeowner/property manager was very thoughtful and communicative when it came to us extending for another week. All the way around it was a great experience.

The listing said "dogs give us 5 stars", and my huaband and I both agreed that our dogs would give the property 5 stars. It was like taking them to a dog park, but having the whole place to ourselves.

Great location with HUGE fenced yard

We had a great stay at Bart and Sue's home for a few days. We especially enjoyed the giant, fully fenced yard for our dogs. We felt right at home and enjoyed the peace and quiet while still being a short drive to everything we needed.

Pet friendly

If your traveling with dogs this is a great place to stay, huge yard for them to run and play, it’s an older house with lots of charm, outside game room was well stocked with a huge variety of games as well as tons of board and card games in side the house plenty of dishes, pots, pans, cutlery and linens literally a home away from home

Convenient Location

Our daughter and husband bought a house in Green Cove Springs, so this property was the perfect location for us to stay with our dogs and have our own space. Traveling to their house to help move them in was a breeze. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Friendly neighbors and very quiet. As long as we have our dogs, we will stay here when we come back to visit the kids.

Thanks for staying with us Jerry! Yes we are pet friendly - and we also use a professional cleaning service in between every guest stay. We do our best to eliminate that, we recommend since you don't have pets and that is a concern, that you select properties that are not pet friendly for future stays! That is the best way to be sure you don't have any concerns. Safe travels to you! Bart, Jeff & Sue

Near shopping & restaurants yet still secluded

I have stayed here 2X because it is close to family and great for dogs. Large shady yard! There was a hole that my dog found which I was assured will be looked at. I also had an issue with neighbor’s chicks coming in under privacy fence. If you have a dog with high prey drive you’ll have to be watchful.

Perfect in every way

My two small dogs and I were in town for a competition and this property was perfect for our needs. Tucked back in a quiet neighborhood with a fully fenced HUGE yard the dogs had plenty of room to play. The house has everything you could need including big Roku ready flat screen TVs. The bed was comfortable and kitchen even had a keurig. I will definitely be back next year.

Thanks for staying with us William - as we have noted in our listing - we have well water - that is why we share it in our description. We always encourage guests to fully read the listing description and then ask questions before booking. We are always happy to answer them for you to help make sure you are booking a place that works for your needs! Our guests that stay with us have loved our cozy place, huge fenced yard and rustic, woodsy environment. We look forward to hosting our next guests! Thanks! Bart, Jeff & Sue
