About this property

This is a rare exclusive find in Cunjurong Point.

The Batch is located in Ottawa St which runs along the entrance to the lake and Green Island.

Early morning swims and surfs just become a way of life during your holiday in this family friendly village.

Beautifully renovated and restored with a beach house feel.

The formal entrance is light and airy like the entire home with stairs leading to the upper floor lounge area with reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans.

A dining area and kitchen with modern appliances will afford you many hours of cooking your favourite meals after a long day out kayaking, surfing, fishing or swimming.

On ground level are three bedrooms all with built-ins and two with ceiling fans.

All bed linen provided along with one towel per person, bath mats and hand towels, and tea towels.

Queen / Double / single with trundle.

The light filled bathroom has a toilet and shower and there is also an additional toilet at the rear of the home and outdoor shower.

Laundry facilities available.

Attached to the back of the house is an undercover seating area along with a alfresco relaxation area set amongst tropical gardens with a relaxed Bali feel about it.

Nice and warm getaway

We enjoyed our stay a lot, lots of good memories! Everything was nice The spot is perfect for enjoy the beach Calm water and lots of fish around We could see kangaroos and it was awesome Definitely is a yes for the place and surroundings Communication was always good and fast Any of the issues we had as promptly addressed I would come back for sure

Relaxing week

We had a lovely, relaxing getaway staying at The Batch. It was awfully close to the beach which was just what we needed to swim everyday! We would definitely come back to start at The Batch for our future holidays and definitely recommend! Thanks, Kate and Campbell
