Everything is easy from here: seaside walks, playgrounds, supermarkets and specialty shops. There's modern kitchen and laundry facilities, built-in wardrobes, a big Smart TV and room for everyone to do their own thing. Put that together with tasteful seaside furnishings, luxurious lounges, and two entertaining areas, and you have a recipe for beachside bliss.



The entry to these modern Coogee apartments is via a sleek foyer, where you can admire the cool artwork before taking the lift up to your floor. As soon as you enter the beautifully appointed living area youll realise that this room forms the heart of this home, open the doors onto the balcony, and enjoy the warm ocean breeze. Luckily you dont have to go too far to grab a glass of something cold to enjoy because the sleek, state of the art Modern caesarstone kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, gas stove, Nespresso machine is just a few steps away as you head back inside. Further inside youll find the three bedrooms, accessed via a set of stairs, a laundry room, cloakroom and family bathroom.



You are only 10 kilometres from the heart of Sydney and a quick drive or bus trip to major shopping complexes. Theres certainly no shortage of activities to keep you busy in the local area: a two-minute walk will take you to Coogee Beach, and a 10 minute walk will get you to Clovelly Beach or Gordons Bay where you can easily spend the day in the sun and sand or join the Bondi to Coogee coast walk. Cafes, bars and restaurants are all within arms reach and theres plenty to choose from. If youre a fish and chip fan, you cant beat Barzura in Coogee, and pizza at The Coogee Pavilion is always a winner!

"Maintenance & Booking Policy Note:

We are committed to providing efficient maintenance services. However, please be aware that we can only attend to maintenance issues during regular work hours. Callouts cannot be confirmed on weekends (Fridays 4 pm - Monday 10 am) and public holidays, as well as outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am, Monday-Friday). We understand the importance of prompt repairs and will respond to all requests within 24 hours, arranging tradespeople during work hours.

Our deposit policy requires a 50% payment at the time of booking, and credit card transactions will have a non-refundable fee of 3.5%.

The security bond will only be held through pre-authorization 1-2 days before arrival. Depending on the property's size, this pre-authorization hold will range from $500 to $2,000 and is required 1 day prior to arrival. Selected properties may request guests' IDs for verification.

Great spot-noisy at night
Great location for everything. The catch is that made it noisy at night when the pub emptied out. Also the lovely glass windows in the master showed signs of visiting pigeons. Advertised as 2 bath, but 2 toilets and 1 bathroom. Property managers were lovely and responsive and keen to make our stay enjoyable. Would use these agents again.
