Release Wanaka - Obelisk is a modern home boasting a stylish interior and luxurious furnishings. The newly built property is perfect for a family break or a couples escape. Location is key when you're looking for the right holiday home for your trip, and if you're looking for easy access to the lake & river, then this is definitely one to consider. Located in Northlake, Obelisk is situated close to the tracks & trails around the river, so hire a mountain bike and head into town, or out to Albert Town for a cool beverage.

The local café-bar is an easy walk from the property, and if you have children then there is a local tennis court, basketball hoop, pump track and park. Wanaka township is only 5 minutes drive away, where you will find a selection of fantastic restaurants, cafés and shops.

A big perk of the property is the sheltered outdoor area, which has a large spa pool to relax in, plus an outdoor fire to sit with family & friends and enjoy a glass of delicious local wine. Enjoy mountain views from the open plan living area and the master bedroom which both have doors to the front deck. The master bedroom is separated from the other bedrooms, with its own air-conditioning unit and a modern, fully tiled ensuite.

The other 3 bedrooms are situated on the opposite side of the house with the second stylish fully tiled bathroom with shower and bath & separate powder room. Two of the super king rooms split into twin beds, making this perfect for families with children.

Guests have access to the entire property and garden.
Use of outdoor areas is prohibited between the hours of 10pm and 7am, according to Queenstown Lakes District Council resource consent regulations.
