Ideal getaway spot

The house is perfect for hanging out in Sonoma. The hot tub and fire pit are great spots. The lot is secluded, on top of the hill, with great views.

Amazing house in a perfect location

We had an amazing stay at this property. All of the amenities were perfect and it was an amazing place to spend our girls getaway. It was easy to access and very close to amenities although when sitting by the pool it was so peaceful and quiet we felt as if we were in the country (which is a good thing!). Highly recommend this property for friends, couples or families.

Gorgeous Place

Hilltop haven with everything. Only thing I'd change is for the kitchen to have a supply of spices beyond salt and pepper. We loved the place. Such a fine stay!

Beautiful views from the grounds, and spacious, light-filled house with large windows and an open floor plan. Good for families comfortable sharing common space and bathrooms.

The property was picture perfect. The main living areas and pool deck are hard to beat and great for entertaining. Great for 2 family’s. We had 3 adult couples and one room was not as nice as others and split the hallway bathroom.

The property indicates 3 full bathrooms and in the main level there are only 2 full bathrooms and one half bath The fireplace was not working during our stay , but those things do happen Other than this we enjoyed our stay very much!

Sonoma getaway

It felt like home - just a lot better! Property is beautiful with incredible views in all directions. We enjoyed the pool every day and the house was stocked with all the essentials. Beds were comfy and everything was clean. The drive up to the house is steep, but worth it! Phyllis, the property manager, was awesome - so responsive, kind and helpful before and during our stay. We hated to leave and know that we’ll be returning for a longer stay next time!

Perfect Getaway

The Patch Hill House was the perfect spot for our long weekend getaway. The house was impeccable and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed (and much more.) Spacious and SO comfortable, we had more than enough room for our group to do things together - like afternoon pool time or sipping wine by the fire pit - and also have our own areas when we wanted a little more privacy. Absolutely loved this house, and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Phyllis and team!

Wine Fest

The home is amazing and exceeded our expectations. Very clean and prepped for our arrival. Amenities like fire pit, pool, outdoor lounge furniture and very nice furniture were appreciated. The views were so amazing and made for a memorable visit. Our property management lead Phyllis was a great communicator before and throughout our stay. Thank you and we'll be back.

Beautiful spot in the Sonoma hills

What a beautiful property! The house is amazing and pristine. The views out the back and from the pool area are just fantastic. It was so quiet, it felt like we were the only ones around. The kitchen is well-stocked plus high-end appliances - perfect for cooking for the family. The property manager was also very responsive when we had questions. Overall, a great experience. We'll be back!

Amazing house and experience

We were in Sonoma for a family wedding and booked this house for a short family vacation around the wedding. The house was even better than the pictures. Setting gorgeous, house very clean and welcoming and comfortable for our family. We so enjoyed the relaxing time at the pool and bbq'ing while dining under the pergola. The host and manager were very communicative and responsive. We will definitely want to book this home again and share with other friends when we return to wine country. Easy check in and check out. We cared for the home like it was our own. That's how we roll.

Great stay and great property for a family of 5

We had an extended stay over Dec/Jan for us (2 adults + 2 sub-teen kids) and grandpa. The property and house are both excellent. The home layout was perfect for us - centered around the kitchen with several other rooms to relax in or congregate separately or together. The outdoor space is really wonderful even during cooler winter weather and we made use of the pool / spa 5-6x / week. They have a nice outdoor environment with beautiful views and 3 different areas to relax with nice outdoor furniture. Everything was v. private and quiet. The property is close to downtown Sonoma (groceries, dining, outdoor activities) which makes it easy to take care of errands or do activities. The level of service provided by Hunt requires special mention. He was incredibly responsive and professional to any needs or issues that arose and was great (and easy) to work with.

Spectacular stay

We had such a special time at this property. The house was stunning, the views were breathtaking, and the check-in process was seamless. Our stay could not have been better. This is the place to go for a wonderful time. The amenities were great and the property is 40-45 minutes away from Napa Valley and some of the other vineyards. We highly recommend staying here.
